    Join us on an exciting journey as students and faculty from Universidad Panamericana, Campus Aguascalientes (Mexico), California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo (U.S.), and Université Laval (Canada) come together to promote sustainable development in the dairy cheese industry!
    Our unique program aims to enhance supply chain efficiency by focusing on bio-economy principles and sustainable value chains. This initiative fosters economic opportunities across three countries and ensures the inclusion of minorities and underprivileged students, offering them invaluable learning experiences.
