One of the best budget items to get for the mobile detailers out there.. if ya have a car with decent trunk ,you could get a little tank in trunk and when ya arrive to your destination take off top lid and put the hydro shot hose in tank and go.. it's awesome.

My worx 725 psi took 6 large buckets of water for my small car. It was to much work so I just connect a hose up to it. Works great.

Now that you have this power washer, I highly recommend you switch from Soap to a product called Optimum No Rinse (known as ONR in the detailing industry). Soap in your application is not the best approach to cleaning unless you have a garden hose for proper rinsing. Look into a pump sprayer, either IK or Marolex so you can spread diluted cleaner onto the car before your first rinse. Spray again and use a UBS (sponge from The Rag Company) in a bucket filled with your bucket of ONR 256:1. Work top to bottom and then rinse off. I recommend using distilled water to prevent water spots. I would also consider getting an EGO blower fro drying your car off or invest in a good microfiber drying towel. Have fun man!

@@hervesworld Your welcome man! I am also an apartment dweller and I forced myself to wash my cars 90% of the time here instead of my shop which is a glorified storage unit. I've learned some more tricks since posting my comment and I'd love to share it with you. I invested in several five gallon military water jugs made by the Scepter brand which you can find for a decent deal on Amazon for your water source while using the Worx Hydroshot with Distilled Water. I wanted to love the Ultra Black Sponge that I mentioned but I now believe I would love using plush microfiber towels instead. I've picked up some Rag Company Eagle Edgeless 350s that I would use with a bucket filled with ONR. You'll want to use a few to wash a whole car and discard the dirty towels and wash them later using Rags To Riches detergent. Here is a process I plan on pursuing for winter washing in my garage ua-cam.com/video/R2txSXwnje8/v-deo.html. The only thing I would discourage is using the same towels from your paint on your wheels. If you still love an occasional soap wash, invest in a hand pump foam sprayer and use a bucket with a grit guard and always pre rinse with ONR. Cheers!

You should've bought the upgraded version, 725 PSI instead of 450. And use a high end foam cannon with a 1.1mm orifice. Switch to a touchless wash instead of having to use a wash mitt and get swirl marks.

Yes.
Try not to run it dry for too long and don't put soap in the water bucket, it will damage it. For easy quicker priming from the bucket, take off the lance and shoot the water back into the bucket until you get a nice fat stream shooting from the hydroshot. After that you can put the lance on and have full pressure. I rinse, soap wash and rinse my car and I needed to get the 4.0ah batteries. With those I had enough power to wash the car. Also you can get a cheap foam cannon for like $10-15 and attach it to the lance. Just make sure it's 1/4in connector.
I found 3 foam cannons that I’m testing , I got the Worx one, the RDBLA one I like better. Thanks for the advice! Shindukess

They work, but get the one with dual control nozzles , like for foam control and water pressure, the one i like is the one from RDB LA( go figure!!...$20) I have the worx one but prefer theirs.

It is indeed powerful but the added weight of having 2 batteries is something to consider.
