Did they put down a shower pan prior to I stalling the shower? My shower cracked and that pan saved me alot!

Hi Niko, i wanted to ask; the rendering of the house, what is that, and did the architect do it ?
Have your plumber break the roof vents to the back of the house - that way they won’t show from the street.

Quick question, is it one furnace/AC supplying both apartments? Do they each have their own thermostat? And is the attic shared between both units? Thanks! Love all the videos!
Each side of the duplex has its own unit!! The attic isn’t shared, there’s a separating wall that has to be up to fire code. You can check that out in the framing video if you’d like!!
