Yes it's gonna take some time for sure, but it will eventually be AMAZING! I remember years ago when this property was the talk of the neighborhood. Over the last few years it had fell by the wayside sadly. We will bring it back!
@@DavidLBrown-rm2mm really appreciate your support! Where I live I usually start aeration/overseeding services in late Sept and try to finish up by mid Oct. Aug it's still way too hot and dry here unfortunately. I'll make sure to do a video on how it looks after the fall treatment!
Great video, and I was definitely one of the few that watched the whole video. I considering a zeta, just trying to get as much information I can, everything I’ve seen so far is a thumbs up. Can you tell me if there’s anything you don’t like? The zig in a 72 is exactly what I’m looking at too, thanks again.
well thanks for tuning in !!! I've got over 30 hrs on my ZXT right now and the only thing I'm not crazy about is the parking brake. I spent years on a Hustler XOne that had the parking brake in the control levers, so having a separate control for the parking brake is foreign to me. I'm certain i'll get used to it.
poa is very hard to treat from my experience. There is a product out call poa constrictor, but not sure of its effectiveness. Casey, my turf treatment contractor, is going to formulate a plan of attack this fall after seeding. In my opinion, it's probably best to kill off areas with poa with round up in the summer prior to fall aeration/overseeding. Another guy that would be great to ask this to is Jason Creel, Lawn Care Life.
In the subdivision I live in this is the largest property of them all and it's the very first one that you see when coming in the neighborhood. Every so often I would speak to the homeowner when I saw them and kept putting a bug in his ear that I was very interested in servicing it. Unfortunately, he kept putting me off until way after the turf took a turn for the worst.
Ah love the sound of that engine on that 72 inch! Like music to my ears great video 👍👍👑
glad ya enjoyed it buddy. The 72 likes to eat!
It looks like you could make some serious money getting that lawn back into shape
Oh yea, that's the plan!!
This one is gonna take some time and a lot of attention. Can't wait to see it in August.

@@mithgo_outdoor No doubt at all and I'll be watching.

😂and yea that’s a hyper color over seed deal lol. Ray Charles been spraying that lawn
The contractor before me did not do this property any justice
@@mithgo_outdoor clearly, he was wearing a pirate patch when sprayin that one 😂
Hey Mitch question, how did that front hitch deal work out on that mower?
It actually worked great. Used my Kart Mate many times with it, no issues
Love the POV. What’s the plan for that POA Annua? Any way to kill it and leave what grass is there?

@@mithgo_outdoor thank you!
What was so special about this property that you pursued it for 11 years? And how did you pursue it over the course of 11 years?
