If you have acusence nvr, acusence features will be available for 1-4 cameras. If you have acusence camera, all features will be available for every camera
Hi there, was wondering if you can help me. I have a Hikvision DS-7608NI-I2/8P NVR. Last Friday my security company was at my house swapping it out for a new one and they must not have set the date right because yesterday I went to play back footage and it was saying it was Tuesday, October 18 (when in fact it was Monday, October 17). I reset the date yesterday at noon to Monday but the problem is when I go to play back today Tuesday, it is showing me yesterday's footage (I guess because it was showing as Tuesday yesterday morning until lunch). When will the recorder catch up and record in real time or is there something else I need to go? Live play is showing the correct day and time as of noon yesterday, Monday 10/17. My security company is absolutely terrible and are of no help but as a last resort I will make them come back out.
I'd love if you do an in depth video on the networking side of this. IP settings, etc.

Great video, is there an option to upload faces in the nvr and bypass known faces and trigger an alarm to unknown intruders?

if you have acusense nvr, you do not need acusense nvr,,,, if you do not have acusense nvr, you need acusense camera. . so its the one or the other.

pretty strong accent difficult at times to understand
