Look at the guys thriving in this match up. Trocheck, Laffy, Lindgren, and Goodrow. All guys who are physical and gritty. These are the type of players you need deep in the playoffs. Getting production from all your lines is critical. Our superstars need to step it up.
Absolutely correct. I wanna see panarin in round 1 where he turned up his physicality and made some plays. All the top talent is getting suppressed by panthers defensive structure. They need to get in and forecheck hard and create chaos in front of the net. Get some gritty goals! Not these flashy passing plays that get broken up.

Panarin is afraid of getting hit. Shy's away from puck when he gets forechecked. Panthers are making a conscious effort to hit Panarin and Fox.

Was at game, Fox is hurting, not skating and getting pounded on boards.
They're also taking him out on the 1st power play unit a lot and almost immediately putting Gus out there. They should rip the band aid off and have Gus on the 1st unit. Whether they're done in this round, disappointed in the next or have a parade down the canyon of heroes, Fox's knee is getting operated on soon after

first ten minutes is going to determine this game. Panthers are going to come out playing desperation hockey and if the Rangers can survive the brunt of that and manage to score first, the Panthers are going to lose their discipline due to frustration.

Mika has had some chances. Just unlucky. While he isn't 100% himself it's not like he's completely disappeared. One goal would give him a kick of confidence

Ridiculous take, the panthers are playing the same game and losing, game 1 was 50/50, we outplayed them outright game 2, game 3 was back and forth, we were dominated in the 3rd but up 4-2 after the second. Have some balls dude

@@brettwolk6640 Lol we can look the data and see clearly that Panthers have beaten Rangers in high danger chances in every game except first which was 50/50. But the trend has been that Panthers are getting more and more high danger chances against Rangers as the series goes on.
