My printer isn't printing at all. It's on and it beeps when it has to and I already fixed the print cartridge, restarted the printer, cleaned the printhead properly but still nothing.
Good morning Rhonda, we recommend you put your e-mark back onto it's base after each imprint to avoid the print head from drying out. If your e-mark has been left off it's base longer than 1 minute, it will alert you by beeping continuously and flashing red. I hope this helps. Chrissy
Hi Rhonda, as the e-mark has it's own 2 way wi-fi, it will connect automatically once you have entered your SSID and password. I hope this helps. Chrissy

Good morning Christine, thank you for your enquiry. The e-mark is a dream for scrapbooking. The e-mark is set to print from the centre of the e-mark, however, you can also set it to lateral printing by moving the toggle on the app to lateral printing, all imprints will then start from the outer edge of the e-mark. Plus I need to know how to connect to my network. I don't remember it asking me for my network it connects to itself. Is it supposed to do that?

I can't even get mine hooked up to the computer. So frustrating. The password they sent me, the program says "invalid". Sigh

Why isnt my images coming out the color of my inages
This can depend on the surface you are printing onto. Sometimes the colours do appear darker on most materials, than on the app.
Also where can I get more images. There wasn’t a lot of images on the app to justify the cost of it
