Probably non-erasable, non-UV-safe, regular dye ink. I am assuming you can't easily remove it but it's won't be weather safe either and if you leave it out in the sun it will slowly fade over the weeks.

Hi it doesn't use Word, as you use the app to create the text, you could copy and paste from Word if you wanted though. It does also use Arabic fonts too :)

Good evening Sandra, thank you for your lovely comments. Yes you can. Take a screenshot of the image you wish to reverse. Go to your photos, you will be able to mirror the image, save and add to your imprint. I hope this helps. I can add a ‘how to’ demonstration for you.

Hello, you have to the e-mark device, as it not compatible with the Create device. If you still want details of source in the US and you have an e-mark device, please let me know.

This can depend on the surface you are printing onto. Sometimes the colours do appear darker on most materials, than on the app.

Also where can I get more images. There wasn’t a lot of images on the app to justify the cost of it

@@christinecolton2596 There are further templates available to download online. Can I please ask, are you using the e-mark or e-mark Create?

I would recommend ribbon for tying round candy bags, however, as you have already created your ribbon out of paper, you could place the paper round the top of the bag, without tying, form a bow with the paper to stick on.

Good morning, unfortunately the e-mark will not print directly onto the candle, however, you can print onto products that will adhere to the surface of the candle. I hope this helps.

Good morning, currently the ink works best with lighter coloured paper/card. If you are wanting to print onto brown or dark green card, for example, I would recommend you use the black ink. White on black will not work, however, we are always looking to improve the e-mark so this may be something that is possible in the future. Please let me know if you need any further assistance. @Nibbler800 Good morning, unfortunately not as yet. Just in case you do not know, a way to print white, is to use a dark background and edit the text to white. I hope this helps.

@Nibbler800 Unfortunately not, the pandemic put us back with regards to further ink developments. If you choose a dark background colour, you can edit your text to white.

Good morning Christine, thank you for your enquiry. The e-mark is a dream for scrapbooking. The e-mark is set to print from the centre of the e-mark, however, you can also set it to lateral printing by moving the toggle on the app to lateral printing, all imprints will then start from the outer edge of the e-mark. Hi Rhonda, as the e-mark has it's own 2 way wi-fi, it will connect automatically once you have entered your SSID and password. I hope this helps. Chrissy

Good morning Rhonda, we recommend you put your e-mark back onto it's base after each imprint to avoid the print head from drying out. If your e-mark has been left off it's base longer than 1 minute, it will alert you by beeping continuously and flashing red. I hope this helps. Chrissy
