This workout was awesome. Just what I needed. It's interesting enough for the dancer in me to have a blast while getting my heart rate up. But repetitive enough I can work on improving and not get overwhelmed. My heart rate was in the 140s after this workout. Kudos Leilah for another great, fun, workout video!!

i did one of her videos and it was relatively easy, but this one is definitely testing my coordination and ability to do multiple things at once. i am struggling to do everything together after the shoulder shimmy😭🤣

This was really great. May I ask if you can just belly dance to stay fit or if you need to do it in conjunction with something else?
To be honest at the moment I am just belly dancing ! But I keep it up beat. I also stretch a lot and try to do one gym session a week with weights 🙏
