He is actually a bitter South Vietnamese guy who had lost the war in 1975 and is still keeping rancour against VN . He always badmouths his former country on everything at any occasion for revenge . Here in VN everybody knows him with his bad reputation . We consider him as a poor psychic guy and even the police no longer pays attention to his comments on UA-cam . Just ignore what he said and have a nice continuation of your trip in Vietnam .
