In South Africa, we also drive on the left. Lived in Germany for while, taking the bus was so weird because it felt like we are on the wrong side of the road.
I live about 45 minutes from Cedar Point Amusement Park in Ohio. It’s got a ton of the world record breaking coasters all in one place. It’s amazing. You should do some research on it and make a trip some day if you love thrill seeking!
I'll second that. I have been to many amusement parks in the US. Cedar Point is the best. Even the ferris wheel is flat out awesome looking into canada.

U bahn is the underground train network! Autobahn is the unlimited speed highway - which is their motorway... it's unlimited speed across pretty much all of the country, particularly around Munich. Put your foot down, cruise at 160 - 180kph, and keep out of the way! Simples.

In sweden we got right side traffic in 1967. But we allways have/had the steeringwheel on the left side, even when we had leftside driving.

If you're driving with a rental car in a country with mirrored traffic, there's a good tip: As long as the middle stripe is on your side (as opposed to the passenger) you're in the correct lane, no matter the system.
If you're driving with your own car, then no idea really 😀
Tea: The modern day alchemical brew!
Hiya, I was in the Army for 16 years and spent a good time of it posted in Germany, the road is called the Autobahn, U Ban is the subway system. The speed limit on the Autobahn is recommended 130 kmh, if you crash going faster than that you are not covered by your insurance. But you can be driving at 220 thinking you are flying and there will a big Audi waiting to get past 😂

Biggest thing is as soon as you go off main roads with houses at 30kph be careful, the roads become right hand joining road can have right of way, best look up the signs for it. Junctions like that, pedastrians have right of way to cross the side road.

Only tea I drink is called "spark" - black tea which is slowly heated until it gets tincture consistency.... I drink it when coffee don't do it's job :D Spark will spark you up or put you into the ground.... but still...

Driving on the left stems from horse n buggy days. Cuz driver sat on the right cuz the brake was on right. Bn for better view when passing other buggys or stagecoachs

I was told about the proper way to do tea,boil water,let it sit for a minute before you pour it in,then add tea bag,steep for 2 minutes then take bag out
Hi guy's I was listening to you talking about Alton Towers. I was an Employee there and for what you are saying about the ride can't be higher than the tree's the reason for that is because of the surrounding area of neighbour's. The other thing of the colour of the ride had to be that colour was it blends in with the forest around the Towers. Rita is my favourite ride of all but now I like nemesis.

So Beanie is actually right with the fact Germany is the wrong side of the road, because it goes back to when mod of transport was very different than today, it goes back to when we road on horse back and for the medieval swordman on horseback it made sense to keep to keep to the left to have there right arm closer to their opponents. The left handed swordman just head to deal with it.
Wasn't until think 1700 when France started using large waggons pulled by a few horses to transport farm goods and not having a driver seat inside the wagon the driver sat on the rear left horse with his right arm free to use the whip to keep the horse moving.
Cause he was sat the left horse he wanted the others to pass him on the left so kept to the right side of the road.
The British refused to give up their left hand driving ways and I think it was made it law under The Highways Act of 1835

I was down at alton Towers on friday with school(in scotland), and the best ride was oblivion but it was a long bus ride with a kid getting punched on the bus at half 3 in the morning

I don't know if it's true or not, but I heard a theory about why british people drive on the left hand side. It's from medieval times when everyone was riding horses. Most peple are righthanded, and those that carried swords had their swords on the left hand side and drew them with their right hand.
So basicly, it was for swordfighting on horseback. Like I said, it's just a theory I heard, but it makes sense in my mind.
