Aaah part two of the upload
I messed up the audio the first time around, thanks for coming back though lol appreciate you
@@MikeKorzemba all good been a fan for years I'll drop mostly anything I'm doing to watch a video
These Ben Simmons comments are killing me!! 😂😂😂
Anyone who acts like they knew that J Brown would be the better player and should've been drafted higher is flat-out lying!!
Detroit could have picked Maxey or Haliburton instead of f-ing Hayes.
Jahlil Okafor is an example of a center born in the wrong era. His traditional playstyle is nearly extinct, same with Greg Monroe. Either be willing to adapt and alter your game or be left in the dust. Not every solid NCCA basketball stats guarantees a player will become an NBA star.
He became a literal dinosaur😅
I think there's room for traditional centres. Someone who can back down and either score or kick.
Okafor was misused in a 3pt league.
@@Shifty_15 He might find a place in Europe since they play a bit more closer to the rim and its more physical so you can hid some deficiencies on the technical aspect.
I think a lot of teams regret not drafting Booker in 2015, as a Heat fan drafting Winslow and loosing Wade the next season absolutely killed us, instead of having Book.
As a Kentucky fan I hate that he didn't get more playing time while we had him his year in college
People kept saying he was going to become like a kawhi leonard player.. smh
Zo was actually good with the pelicans so i wouldn’t say it failed 🤷♂️
Ben simmons is bad now but at the same, he was still multi time all star. Not really a bust
Mike welcome back I missed you making videos man!!!!
We NEED more what if videos
While you obviously would prefer LaMelo over Wiseman, I think he has gotten pretty overrated between never playing and the awful off the court leadership. I wouldn't call it an obvious mistake at this point.
I would make the argument against Detroit and pick Killian Hayes over Haliburton or Luke Kennard when Donovan Mitchell and Bam Adebayo were the next two picks.
If I'm not mistaken, my Bulls tried to trade up to #3 for Doncic. Also, I was so disappointed we drafted Wendell Carter at #7. I was all in on Porter Jr.
I thought you said in the past that your idea for a bust is that they did not suffer any major injuries throughout their careers they just suck as players and some of the players mentioned had those kinds of injuries
This is more of a what could have been with picks video compared to just a straight up draft busts video, but I appreciate you watching the other one and pointing that out 🫡
Kuzma and Mitchell should have been drafted higher aswell
Ben Simmons so overrated
Maybe like 6 years ago
Your mom is overrated
overrated by whom?
@@jeffreymerlino4613Exactly... don't know what he's talking about.
Overrated as in what? Elite defender, elite play maker and passer. Thats where it stops, everyone knows Ben Simmons unfortunately lacks the confidence to improve his scoring and ever since the Atlanta hawk series has lost all of his aggressiveness driving to the paint on a consistent basis because of his fear of missing free throws
Not my benny poo 😭
😂😂😂
@@MikeKorzemba love the vids keep them coming even if they hurt me as a sixers fan
not mentioning the bulls taking PWill over Hali is CRAZY
Hali was never projected to be a top 5 pick
Can you do the best steals from every draft next?
MIIIIIIKE LOVE THE CONTENT
Appreciate you Gav 🫡
I was a clippers fan at the time of MPJ getting passed on, I was like “wtf, morons” 😂
Over half of these were entirely because of injury.
Fultz and Lonzo were both great players who's careers were ruined with injuries.
Mike acting like he didn't post a vid about thon maker 😭
Well they did say Jabari Parker could be the next Carmelo Anthony, so not a chapionship player but amazing scorer.
Joel and Giannis would have be dominating to see
Reminder that Mike once made the video: *Why Thon Maker Is The Future MVP*
He changed the title lol
Jabari Parker is/was in absolutely no way a draft bust. The only thing he had going against him was being prone to serious injuries. There was no question whether he was going to be a star or not & I personally think that the Bucks would've won a championship alot sooner had he never gotten injured.
I've wasted/spent alot of money on dumb things throughout my life, but forking up $30 for a james wiseman rookie card will forever haunt me.
To be fair to Jabari Parker, Joel Embiid isn’t an even a conference championship caliber player.
My warriors should have drafted Lamelo instead
The Kings really fumbled the Doncic situation. Divac for some reason changed his mind last second to not take Doncic because of stories about Doncics dad being lazy and the rest is history. The Hawks trading Doncic for Trae is also a generational fumble.
Hopefully this vid stays up for the whole thing this time
Good to go this time, I messed up the audio last time
@@MikeKorzemba real
The Fultz pick never made sense. Living on the left coast in Oregon I watched Fultz play for the Fuskies and never saw anything that would have said he was the #1 pick.
Jabari parker kills me man imagine him and giannis now if he never got injured continued to improve he was already averaging 20
I think Mike misread Jabari’s quote, although defense wins championships the highest paid players are all offensive players which is what hes referring to
as a clippers fan i was so hot we took robinson over porter jr . like bro we had back to back picks in the late lotto why would you not take a chance on porter jr with one of those . even if he was a bust you still had another lotto pick to use anyways
Porzingis refused to workout for Philly
man Thon Maker was a beast on my 2k MC teams :D
Pair with T. Chandler as well, unbeatable in the paint
Having Ben on here is bullshit hahaha
He was an all nba player
Shows you are just buying into everyone’s rubbishing on him
exactly he isn't a bust and if he recovers because he's still young he could be a hall of famer
I mean he said during the worst trades that Gary Harris was out of the league immediately after the Gordon trade… when he was starting in the playoffs the day it dropped
Warriors don’t get bullied enough for the Wiseman pick
I question that first one??? Embiid sat out 2 years and has played in 65 games or more maybe 4-5 times. Giannis took a few years to become that guy. The Sixers stuck with Embiid because they had to after all that tanking. The Bucks may have got restless. Also their mentality is different, one takes the blame and the other puts it on others. Also Parker gave a few good years of double digit scoring. Most guys are judged bust after about 2 years.
So basically Philly sucks at drafting
Lol you took the words right out of my mouth
NEVER DISRESPECT THON MAKER
Dante Exum Redemption Story !
Jabari would have been raw if it wasn’t for that acl in 2017 when he averaged 20.1 points per game
I imagine 2 have to be 6ers. Said trust the process and it was a tough time
Giannis became the star he is by luck and talent because first being on the Bucks he wasn't the first option but then injuries started waying Jabari down

To make it worse the Celtics were always gonna take Tatum. If sixers didn't trade up they could've still taken fultz at 3. La was always gonna take Lonzo. So dumb and I'm a sixers fan
Nobody can tell me nothing. Timberwolves took Rubio and Foye over Steph curry
90% of picks past #5 are busts
Always my sixers in these vids man
When you gotta upload a bronny video
Hindsight is always 20 20.. Embid came in with a lot of ? And is often injured..
Ben Simmons is on the rise . MARK MY WORDS 2025 MVP
Jahlil Okafor is a forgotten NBA player.
The center out of Duke was deserving of becoming a high-priority pick in the 2015 NBA Draft.
Kentucky center Karl-Anthony Towns headlined the 2015 NBA draft. He was the consensus number one selection and the Minnesota Timberwolves made the right choice. The next big man prospects were Jahlil Okafor and Kristaps Porzingis. The Philadelphia 76ers chose Okafor. Bad decision. Okafor ended up being one of the biggest NBA Draft Busts in history.
Exum 💯 2K really had me convinced he’d be a legend.
Anyone else think this guy sounds like Mark Rober?
Jabari was right they pay people a lot more to be good on offens that to be good on defense you cannot take everything so literally
I'd say Anthony Bennet was a horrible choice
Yeah but Lamelo is always injured
8:47 and he’s only *19*
embiid took three seasons to make it. he wasnt a hit the first year he got drafted.
It was only injuries holding him back. He was nearly dominant while playing on limited minutes, even as a rookie.
Still don't see Tatum as a star he is not that good i is high level role player but when he has to be #1 on the team he is no star
Starting with Jabari Parker was bullshit. He got hurt but her was CLEARLY better that Joel coming out of college.
Injuries or not, he never lived up to his potential. Still a bust!
College superstar picked high in the draft that doesn't come close to expectations is the definition of a bust
I disagree. Watched Joel at ku and he was the most skilled center with his footwork that I had seen since Hakeem. I thought he’d be great and a lot of people did too
@@Article_170 That's like saying derrick rose is a bust
@classic-vw4ed he kind of was lol but he at least won a MVP
ben simmons clickbait aint cool
How is Ben Simmons a bust? Former all star, yes maybe overrated but no way a bust
There are so many examples but let start :
1. The cavs in 2013 selecting Bennett in #1 when at #15 the was Giannis
2. In 2014 you can say that there were 39 mistakes in that draft the jokic was selected only at #41 (the only pick that before that was okay it's of course embid ... you can say also that Wiggins was okay since it helped the cavs to trade for love and win a title)
3. In 2016 Minnesota selecting PG Dunn at 5 when Jamal Murray & dejounte murray were still there and also the clippers taking PF brice Johnson at 25 when siakam was there at 27
4. In 2018 beside the part of luka you can also talk about the cavs drafting sexton at 8 while SGA & Jalen Bronson where still there
But for me the 3 biggest losers in the draft are in 1996 the nets taking Kerry kittles and not Steve nash or kobe bryant and Dallas taking forward Sasaki walker and not peja stojakovic , the 2003 draft where the pistons took darco milicic and not wade , melo or bosh and of course the 1984 nba draft where Portland took Sam bowie and not MJ or even Charles barkley😂😂😂
Very good points
🤨
what if videos serve no purpose
