Same, most of the time when I parry is accident because I'm too bad, try to kill as fast as possible and lag
I swear the enemies are so much faster when I fight them 😭 all I can do is button mash in hopes i get a few hits in before they defeat me 😭

Nice, but it's harder to parry while attacking. I haven't found the delay it needs for another button press to stop being recognized as attacking one more vs a parry. Maybe that's when you should use the skill button instead?
I mean it basically seems like you should be unloading whatever you need to recover forte gauge in the recovery window of the parry, and be kind of patient otherwise. Like, if i'm using Calcharo and i already have my forte filled:
parry -> do heavy attack -> skill/basic combo to fill my forte back up -> Wait for another parry
Rinse & repeat until they go into stagger so i can ult
Just dont
Dont attack when you cant stunlock enemy (which is bosses for most part) unless you're recently parried him or his stagger bar is broken
You can swap to another character and use the "intro attack" to parry. All characters do 1 intro attack upon going on field.

here's another question. how do you play on controller. i have a ps4 controller
when you knock him out of the air using your echo... Is that the only way to parry/cancel that type of attack when they start blinking red for a second or is there another way?
Can you tell more about the red parry like what bosses have that cause i have only seen it in crownless
Was wondering i was doing so poorly (Been using encore for main dps). “Everything can parry except for guns…and Encore.” Thats insane, Kuro🤦🏽♂️They have to fix that.

Little reminder, Encore can parry in her ult, and if u r skilled enough, I have seen some "monster" parry using her plung attack
@@schwarzer1400 Plunge parry sounds impressive. Doubt that i could do that (esp on mobile), but its nice to know ult can be used to parry, too.
Just watching you party and dodge makes me feel like I can do it. I was trying to fight that same boss earlier but kept dying over and over. I think I just need to treat parrying as if it's a Dodge with an attack instead of spamming attacks when I see the circle. Also I think I was just tired and hungry at the time when I was fighting the boss 😅
It seems very easy to repost bosses' attacks. Can you do this by just spamming basic attack?
I've parried on gun before however it doesn't work like normal parry does. I've seen it mostly during a dodge, not before or after, but during. I don't quite understand how to get it to work all the time in fact it is very rarely but I really want to fully figure it out.
Am I tripping or that dmg for only lvl 10 rover? is the echo maxed or sth?

I don't understand the purpose of the circle . I always fail to parry when I wait for the yellow circle but the enemy attacks without it showing up, and a lot of times I successfully parry (usually by accident) an enemy's attack that does not have the yellow circle

I didn't know that you can parry with the normal attack, I always use the skills
Why is it so hard to parry in phone, i feel like i press the attack timedly i just don't know why it fails
Sometimes boss do attack from afar, i still press the attack on the circle but still fail
Hi how to connect your controller to the game ? i’m playing on iPad trying to play with controller but it doesn’t show on the settings the option sorry for taking long
As far as I'm aware and have seen online there is no controller support for mobile yet
I use mantis, works like a charm
I also tried direct pairing, it works just fine but the game doesn't have setting for mapping; so yeah, mantis it is.

Is it possible to parry attack with no yellow circle? For other enemy?
I think somehow I parry some attack when fighting mobs without yellow circle, but not sure
yellow = u parry
no circle attack = u dodge
What controller are you using because my ps5 controller isn’t working
If you're on PC make sure your controller is wired and unpair your PS5 controller from Bluetooth settings.
If you're on mobile, tough luck, we'll have to wait for Kuro Games to add it in.

guess i am too dumb .... i dont even get the lvl 50 rocksteady down in the tower. To me its all yellow, all circles and i dont get a single parry except by accidant... i dont get it. The mob also doesnt have that nice circle like in the video. Everything the rocksteady does seem to have some sort of circle effects....

You can perform backwards walk after you lock into an enemy.

I parried with alto but like 1 out of 5 tries.
I still dont understand the special echo parry. Some bosses have unique indicators on some of their attacks but doesn't seem to be parryable, not even with the green heron. Or, well, i just suck at the game.
There's this one stone golem that is specifically made for parrying. Assuming this is a melee attack, it should do the trick
@@legacymse7095 yeah, that one stone golem and purple heron does negate damage, but they don't stagger the enemy. I'm talking about the kind of parrying that staggers the enemy. I think so far there's only the green heron for the echo parry mechanic, and the various indicators are so far nonsensical to me.

@@skell6134 That's the problem, they're not telling you anything. There's the shield golem echo that can parry, I only tried against crownless but it worked
"Skill Issue" Meanwhile me, somehow managing to parry the overworld enemies while spamming and thinking i can take Hologram and then die afterwards. Makes me sad he calls that skill issues while I'm suffering even trying to parry one attack.

Yes, in his second phase there is a slight delay for it, you can parry it if you time it right
I got grabbed and thrown into the air everytime in the first try
I will be as good as you only with a miracle, but at least so far I have never died, only during ascension 3 but for that stupid slime draining HP

im struggling parry-ing with calcharo
its probably because you try use his 1st basic attack to parry which a thrust move and it can't parry, his 2nd basic attack is a slash movement so it can parry. i think the game tutorial fail to mentioned this that only certain movement that could parry, not all of attack movement could parry.

i can parry easier with Rover because the first basic attack is slashing movement
