Chinese kickstart company. Plagued with software issues. Non existent customer support and a "chat" link on their website which never works.

Das stimmt nicht. Der Chat ist vorhanden und von Softwareproblemen habe ich auch noch nichts gehört oder gemerkt. Ich habe selbst einen Luba 2 und es ist der beste Rasenmäher, der zur Zeit auf dem Markt ist.
