What they f*cking eat! I wish there was a diet video demonstrating the eating habits and training as well! I have spent the last two years training, but it seemed that I won't reach their bodies look! They must be uncompromising in their exercise and diet!
Every wrestler who wishes to weigh in and and get signed in should all be given a number and when and only when their number is called should the come up to the table to be checked in. I have watched a lot of these videos and still the guys checking in these wrestlers still can't seem to come up with a proper way to conduct this process correctly. As for the host of the wrestlers they need to stay back because if their weight is correct then they hear the faze "Norma" giving the ok..
i take it you've never traveled in Asia. The concept of line ups can be traced back to the Quakers. it's very American. in Asia its a free for all. (in China it is even worse). In Asia it is the person who makes the most fuss gets served first. Takes some getting used to, but it's a system like any thing else.
@@shawnific I married an asian and worked at several business where the clientele were 100% asian. Line-ups aren't a universal concept. The concept of people lining up is indeed a Quaker concept, and the further you get away from America the less common it is practiced. But that isn't to say that other countries don't have their own systems. Asians go by a first come first serve system that is less structured. It was common that I'd be about to serve a customer when another one would lean across waving money inches from my nose expecting you to drop what you are doing and serve them instead. This is just how it is. You get used to it. Whenever a white person wandered into one of my businesses an argument would often result if they lined up while others didn't. It is a conversation I've had to have many times. You must have been pretty disgusted when China hosted the Olympics in 2008 and 2022 and the government had to put up signs and instructional videos explaining the concept of line-ups to their local population.
