I think they are adjusting because they are not wearing the jock strap & cup. Looks like they are trying to make weight in order to be able to compete in their weight class category. Every ounce counts when they are weighing in. That is why some of them look all sweaty, they are trying to sweat out excess water weight before weigh in as well.
