    I've become real good friends with the employees of my local Aldi so they let me know when that ground beef is going to marked down so I can take advantage. With the way prices are rising, I need all the help I can get.

    I love your suggestions however lemme tell you that the quinoa rice, is $2.29 for a one time use, meanwhile Carolina white rice is like $2 for one lb, aaand feeds my fam of 3 for about a week or two. So trying the cauliflower instead 😊😌 sharing (knowledge ) is caring 🙏 namaste

    • @randomuser5736
      @randomuser5736 2 роки тому +6

      True. You can get a pack of rice at Aldis organic for less than 3 dollars and can feed a single person for weeks lol.
      So the rice Flav showed is great when you don't have the time or energy to prep food.

    Bobby, can you please make a video on how you started out getting into a healthy lifestyle? Reducing sugars and trying healthier alternatives? My body is slowly getting used to the healthier foods you suggest like Ezekiel bread. But it’s still so hard to untrain my tastebuds from junk foods.

    The ground beef is coming from New Zealand, Argentina and other countries. So not convinced that's so great. A lot of Aldi organic produce is from Mexico. Is it truly organic I've often wondered. Also Aldi has products from China. I recall I was pleased to find decorating sprinkles at for cookies at Christmas time, colored with fruit/veg and great price. Read label, made in China. Contacted Aldi corporate via email and asked why. Got the answer that they stand by their products, but would not answer why they are selling products from China.

    I definitely won’t buy extra virgin olive oil from Aldis. It needs to be organic, cold pressed and first pressed. It also needs to be in a dark bottle. The fact that it’s in a clear bottle shows it’s not good quality.

    It’s crazy how much food affects our bodies. We used to buy the cheapest one from Walmart and after eating it 30-45 min I would feel abdominal pain like stomach cramps. I never pin point it was the cheap beef until my husband started noticing it too every time we had beef. I now buy grass fed beef only. And feel so dumb for not having to done the switch sooner it’s really not much of a difference. And if you have money to eat out which is crazy expensive now days. You def can afford to buy grass fed and best for your health and you know what’s going on as far as washed hands and ingredients.
