That echo from singing the goal song is amazing, what a comeback, the game looked hella fun to be at
The quite before the call is announced is so chillin. Love it!
This team plays a solid 40 minutes a night. Can't seem to find their game in first periods, but dominate second half of games. To me that's all coaching and conditioning. They still have gas in the tank while the opponent may not. What a game! Thanks for sharing.
I was there it was absolutely electric !! For an 80,000 seat stadium, there were 79,690 fans in attendance good win by the rags
I've never really understood that they don't have nhl stadiums a bit bigger. Obviously renovations and things and probably building new stadiums and everything but it seems they can get the people to go
@@gregorybogenrief6031 agreed rangers play at MSG and obviously that’s used for other events and not just hockey, but it’s only 20,000 and I know rangers can fit more
@@gregorybogenrief6031 Well it's not like there's a lot of space to expand MSG in Midtown Manhattan......
When the jets and giants play 10,000 fans 💀
Panarin is well on his way to being a NY sports legend. First, the game 7 GWG to knock the Penguins out of the first playoff round in 2022, and now this.
Almost tarnished it last year by doing absolutely nothing against jersey in playoffs
The NHL could not have scripted this game better! What a game. LGR! You were lucky to be there!
@Christotricky It wasn't scripted the way game played out but NHL definitely knew what 2 teams to play each other in football stadium islanders and rangers always play close every year NHL knew that great game
as somebody from Europe I would love to see postgame handshake between team after every game to show respect to your opponent
Thank you for your dedication on this recording & for this posting. #LGR #NYR 🗽🏒
Let’s go rangers this is are year what a comeback
"He took the net off like a loser". He sure did, and he sure was
it was a good game and i do hjope they do this more often for thje fans... this was insane to watch in person (im literally across from you from this viewpoint)
I didn't know they did that for the Stadium Series. They usually do that after a playoff series.
WHAT A WINNN LFGGGGGG
It's so funny how the Islanders were designated as the home team and everyone was cheering for the Rangers. Anytime the Islanders or a player was mentioned or talking, a hailstorm of boos just lit up the arena.
I still have no voice from this masterpiece
that had to be amazing to be at!
I've been to 3 Winter Classics and while a small part of me wished I was at yesterday's epic win, the seats are too expensive, the weather is too cold and the views are horrible. I enjoyed watching at home on big screen more.
@Walterwhiteisnumber1 I might be his age 😀 I had Rangers seasons for 30 years before I moved to Florida.
This was my first Stadium Series game and it was absolutely worth it as a Rangers fan. MetLife was absolutely packed and has rarely seen that kind of energy with the Giants/Jets for the better part of the last decade. We literally had the worst seats in the house too, but it was all totally worth it for the experience.
On that note, I will admit the tailgate conditions were pretty damn brutal. It was cold out regardless (< 30°), but the wind was the killer consistently gusting around 20 MPH so even if you layered up good it was still a factor. I came home with a solid case of windburn on my face as a victory souvenir.
I will say when they did the Yankee Stadium games in 2014 I had “good” seats down low and I couldn’t see anything. But on Friday I went looking for cheap resale tickets for yesterday and the view from up high turned out to be decent. The football stadium layout works better for the rink shape anyway, so for the money I paid it was worth it…half of the cheapest tickets I see going for most games at MSG (unfortunately).
You are absolutely correct.
Tickets are too damn expensive and the view is not ok. I rather attend MSG anytime! 👊🏻🟦⬜️🟥
@@dertmansmart move. Got out of NY. Place is a liberal dystopia now
Zibenjad kreider and panrin for the anytime Goalscorer parlay!!!!! What a win/game!!!
Man this was such a badass game, let fuckin go rangers baby.
After seeing this video I’m so happy I sat in the 300s. You can’t even see the goal line or that the puck went in. Paying that much for seats that you can’t even see is garbage
I was at the game
Same
Peter Laviolette (Rangers coach) made the Islanders look like absolute fools at the end of that game. He knew the Islanders hadn’t scored into an empty net that entire season up to that point so he pulled Igor Shesterkin with nearly six minutes left because he knew his team would have a great shot at scoring two goals and they did.
I think the person in front of you has a Reebok jersey on
were there actually NYI fans there? so much blue!!!
I was an islanders fan there…
oops sorry lol@@tntplumbing24
Notice that when the officials met, it was Trouba who broke from the pile!! C!
What was the attendance?
About 79,000
Breadman delivery😮💨😮💨🥖🥖
Hate to make Chloë Grace Moretz sad 😚😚😚 … but Let’s Go Rangers!! #NYR #LGR 🏒🗽

No Quit in new york
Not a good goal the net came off
Rule 63.7
“In the event that the goal post is displaced, either deliberately or accidentally, by a defending player, prior to the puck crossing the goal line between the normal position of the goalposts, the Referee may award a goal. In order to award a goal in this situation, the goal post must have been displaced by the actions of a defending player, the attacking player must have an imminent scoring opportunity prior to the goal post being displaced, and it must be determined that the puck would have entered the net between the normal position of the goal posts.”
Puck was shot towards the goal (an immenient scoring opportunity) before the defending player dislodged the net and the puck clearly ended up in the net between the normal position of the goal posts had it not been dislodged.
Good goal
That game was rigged
Isles defender knocked the net out of place all by himself and sorokin didn’t make the save anyway
Lmao bro mad he lost
You act like the isles was the better team to begin with.
@Walterwhiteisnumber1 "Better" teams don't let a 4-1 lead slip from their hands and go braindead the final minutes of a game and into OT.
Isles guy knocked his own net. It counts.
