When people say Shanghai, Lu Jia Zui comes to most people’s minds. After 3 decades of spontaneous urbanization of the Pudong side, the Huang Pu River (also known as The Mother River) that divides the newly built Pudong and the historical Puxi sides has experienced drastic changes and development of the city. Shanghai is now home to some of the tallest infrastructures and buildings in the world:

So there is no regulations on the drone flying in the city of Shanghai?
there are regulations. Since i use DJI mini 3 pro drone, which is under 250g, it doesn't require registration. Dji also does a really good job mapping out the places you can and cannot fly (restricted zones).

Shanghai is located on the banks of the Huangpu River, so it's normal to have foggy weather in the morning!

true, but Shanghai really doesnt have much earthquakes
skyrapers in china have very high buildings standards, making them highly resistent against earhtquakes and typhoons. As an engineer I can guarantee you that theses infrastructures can withstand and 8 magnitude earthquake and sustain minor or no damage.
According to my knowledge, building standard around this level apply to most developed countries. Turkey however, as a developing nation does not have building stadards to this level and therefore suffered greately.
Absolutely worse place to live, imagine one earthquake and you can't even escape but if it's in Europe you can atleast save yourself because there architecture is better and they don't do skyscrapers sh!t
