I love visiting those local festivities as well, bringing the cows down from the alpine pastures to the farmers stables during the cold time or the Almauftrieb during spring. Also delicious food at a temporary farmers market... What impressed me the most was all of you wearing traditional clothing to blend in among the locals - and even not the "fake" touristic version. So as long as you don't speak German with your accent or english , someone might guess you're being a local as well. Already noticed it before in another video where you went to Oktoberfest last year.
