Sourdough Recipe Adventures: Using Starter and Discard

A friend of mine gifted me some sourdough starter and we have been playing with it! We've made a fail and successful batch of sourdough crackers, a failed focaccia bread, some successful loaves of bread using yeast also, and a few semi successful loaves without yeast.
Today we have some sourdough pizza crusts and a super delicious and easy sourdough cobbler recipe.
As you can see, we've been cooking up a storm these past few weeks. These are some of our favorites that we have tried so far. Enjoy!
