    Thank you for sharing your technic what can i use beside vodca any substitute

    • @lenacookiearteng
      @lenacookiearteng  Рік тому

      You are welcome! 🌷 There is no substitute for vodka, the alcohol is very volatile and will all evaporate, there won’t be any left on the cookies, don’t worry.

    How long do you mix the glucose syrup and the vodka? It took me a long time, more than 5 minutes, of mixing, and they never really combined well. The glucose stayed at the bottom of the cup. Should I have kept going?

    • @lenacookiearteng
      @lenacookiearteng  3 місяці тому

      If the glucose is cold from the refrigerator, it is very thick, it is worth letting it warm up. It was worth continuing

      Xarope de glicose e vodka na proporção de 1:1. A mistura é colorida com corantes gel solúveis em água

    Beautiful! You can also do this by using isomalt by pouring it after melting it into the cavity a cookie like what you have here by cutting out a smaller egg shape in the middle and then pouring the ice mouth and it’s glass already and then you take your icing and you do the same thing as you did here by making a little cell spaces with the icing and then you can just use regular icing to fill it in but I think this looks much more realistic it’s very beautiful!

      Thanks! I am sure that with the use of isomalt the stained glass will look very beautiful! 😍

    Спасибо за видео. Сколько процентов алкоголя у водки? Там где я живу водка может быть даже 20% ;)) что мне кажется будет слишком водяная :(
    Второй вопрос. А печенья потом не липнет когда высыхает??

    • @lenacookiearteng
      @lenacookiearteng  2 роки тому +1

      Здравствуйте. Водка нужна с минимальныv содержанием спирта 40%.
      Если хорошо высохнет, то не липнет. Если у вас повышенная влажность, то может липнуть. Но еще очень важно, чтобы айсинг полностью высох.

    nice art, however, I hope this is for demo purposes only because you used an actual lead pencil to trace when you could have chosen fine tip edible marker. if you sell the cookies made with lead tracings, its not only irresponsible but deadly unless lead consumption is allowed in your country. in the united states, this choice alone could put you out of business in a snap regardless of how good they look and taste. its as if you're throwing away the baby with the bath water.

      Thanks, I'm glad you liked the video.
      I don't sell cookies or make them to order.
      This is created for demonstration purposes.
      In our country, kernel for pencils is produced without lead, because it is very dangerous for children, and children can accidentally put a pencil in their mouth.
      Lead is banned for the manufacture of such things, because it is toxic!
      The kernel is made of graphite (for color) and clay.
