Sugar Cookies are mostly used with royal icing. They are a bit more sturdy than a shortbread cookie, as those in my experience crumble easier. Although if you have a good sturdy shortbread you can definitely use that too!
Hello again ! If I want to reuse the Royal icing leftovers and make them into flowers do I’ve to put them back in the mixer and whip them up again? I’ve plenty of leftovers
No, no need to remix them (probably best not to as they may get overmixed and crumbly). I usually keep my leftovers in the freeze, defrost, add powdered sugar if they were my flood or outline then use for flowers!
