Congratulations! But i dont trust these vid’s of affiliates from Ricoma since that vid came out from that UA-camr about they’re contract and how shady it was. I prefer those vid’s from owners that actually purchased the machine so its less of a promotional feel. BUT I am still happy for you because I know how exciting it is to get that big machine. I just got my Melco EMT so I can totally relate to that feeling.
Everyone's experience is different I can understand what you mean, but I have a personal friend and youtuber who was sponsored by them and has been with them for a while and is doing so well. I will always give my honest reviews on this machine. But everyone's experience is different as everyone's business is as well.

We just got ours yeasterday same machine the 1501
Do the small spools that come with it, completely fit over the plastic, it seems mine won’t completely cover the plastic part on top… they seem to only partially fit over it. Am I doing something wrong?
You can pull off the small plastic piece to fit the smaller threads on perfectly. I took them off since then. You just have to pull them off.
What tips do you have for hooking up the caps

Hello. I just ordered my machine wanted to get a lil ahead on digitizing. Do I have to wait until I receive my machine for the serial number to activate chroma?
It’s whenever they email you the information for the chroma. You need that serial number yes to start. Congrats.

No this is my 1st machine.
You cut the best scene out! I would've killed to see how those two guys lifted that machine onto the stand! It's 500-600lbs so I literally don't know how they did it
I actually had to run to get the hand truck and they did it with out me. They were impatient. I don't think they wanted me to see them struggle...lol
What is the price range for the 15 needle. I got a Brother 6 needle about 3 years ago for about 10k now I want a bigger one.

I have been looking at your videos, and I just saw the video on ‘’what went wrong’’. I am having the same issue with my machine. how did you fix the problem? Please let me know. Lol. Sorry you spit your coffee out. But I had to show my frustration in a humorous way on camera. Don’t mind me I’m crazy. In the beginning it was sorta hard for me to grasp to tension concept. The floor? No that never entered my mind. Everyone has these machines. They are made for the home some have multiple machines. Just like you have other appliances, furniture etc in your home. Weight was never a concern.

My best advise is to use the link and call the number. They have financing available but it’s around $14K. It depends on the size you get. They get you into financing with great deals.
How wide is the doorway to your office?
I’m sorry they measured it and had to remove the door. I truly don’t remember and can’t find my tape measure at the moment. But I believe 30 something inches. Don’t quote me.
