only ever fished that river once,set the hook deep,whatever it was ran the whole spool of line,drag was set,20lb test,so it was either a 45+lb salmon or a seal lol..still had fun though.

I know. I wasn’t planning on hooking chinook with it, I was fishing for pinks at that time. But yeah not super smart on my part.
Put more line on that reel bruh, there's like 20 feet
Ya that was my crappy old rod for pink salmon at the time, basically no line at all haha
