Thank you so much Danielle for featuring me on your channel, it was so generous of you and I really enjoyed filming it. Thanks also for your kind words, it makes me appreciate how wonderful it is to be a part of such an amazing community of gardeners in which we can all share and learn from each other. Jenny x
This theme of turning attention away from what is "wrong" and turning toward what is going well seems to be the message of the year in my life, and here it is again! Not long ago I was feeling discouraged by several situations in the garden and feeling ready to give up, until I turned around to see a gorgeous display of foxglove and orlaya. It was an important lesson to give the positives at least as much attention as the challenges. That little change in perspective is transformative. Thanks for introducing us to Jenny!
I agree 💯!! I was feeling the same then I drove home one day and saw from my corner backyard garden and flowers on my deck so much beautiful color and growth!! I was grateful and remembered it’s a Lifetime garden not a sprint.
She’s so right. Sometimes it gets so hard to focus on the good in the garden when we are just trying to fix the issues. What a great takeaway, I needed that. Thank you. Such a beautiful European garden. Loved it!
Its been 105-110° for a month in Central Texas with zero rain. I was feeling so discouraged. These videos are always a pick me up. At least my ornamental grasses look awesome.
This is a prime example of what sets you apart! Nearly no UA-camrs ever recommend another channel. Yes, her garden is absolutely beautiful. And You, my dear, are her inspiration and her learning point. Ours as well. As for myself, I just FINALLY bought 4 hydrangeas on standard to go at the 4 corners of my pool with mini mauve to go between as a sort of privacy hedge for a little paradise. Will be lovely with the Lilys and mixed evergreens and hibiscus. I’m excited to have some days off to get all this in the ground!
I too at 76 was sooo ready to give up. I’m so over a lawn and men who mow through no fault of their own breaking something in my garden every time. It’s such hard work to keep the garden weeded and over zealous plants like echinacea from taking over. The sun is so hot after 10 it’s time to go inside until 6. I am too inspired by both of you Daniel!!! Your youth and beauty is turning me a bit green😂
Dear Danielle, thank you for this introduction. Happily subscribed. It has been a pleasure to see your channel taking off. I especially love it because you garden on a scale that’s attainable for many home gardeners. Truly appreciate the hard work you put into making your videos. I always learn a lot. ❤
Hi Danielle, thank you for sharing Jenny’s garden with us. Both of your gardens are unique and beautiful in their own special way but what’s more beautiful is the support, encouragement and inspiration gardeners draw from and give back to each other ❤.
This is so heartwarming. I love connecting with people all over the world and just learning from everyone. And all the DOGGIES!! Beautiful gardens from both of you! Thank you 🙏
Jenny’s garden is fabulous! I lived in England for 4 years while my husband was serving in US military. I wasn’t into my own gardening then because I had young children, but always loved looking at the gardens there. Thank you Danielle for sharing and also love your garden. I just subscribed to Jenny. I love this theme of partnering with your garden friends! ❤😊🤗🥰
Danielle, there is so much progress and beauty going on in your garden, please don’t feel frustrated. We learn and enjoy along with you. Thanks for all you do, and for broadening our horizons with other beautiful gardens and gardeners. 😊
Murphy's garden is enviable indeed! so much done in a few years' time! It's easy to see why you're friends, overlooking each other's endeavors & trading inspiration. A garden is particular to the gardener & this walled, secret garden is like opening a treasure box!
I haven’t figured out out to incorporate grasses well in my garden without reminding me of weeds. After seeing Murphy’s Garden I am inspired to try them. Thanks for sharing. I love these episodes.
Thank you for introducing us to Jenny. You also introduced me to growing floret. I watched from start to finish in a few hours and have watched many times over. I always love your videos. You give so much peace and calm in a crazy world. Thank you.
Discovered this channel about a month ago and have really enjoyed her videos. Thanks for featuring Murphy’s Garden so others an enjoy this lovely garden too.
Thank you Danielle for introducing this gardener to us. It's so refreshing to learn and discover more about plants and spaces and to watch gardeners who really love plants. I always love watching your channel and I will certainly subscribe to Murphy's garden. Have a great day. 🙋♀️
I already subscribe to Murphy's Garden. It was fun seeing her pop up on your channel. I love the symmetry of the beds as well as the variety of plants. Thank you for putting this together.
I just watched this video and immediately subscribed to your channel, Danielle. What a sweet, generous soul you are. I already subscribe to Murphy’s Garden and now have your lovely garden videos to look forward to. Warm wishes from Australia 😊
Hi Danielle, Thanks so much for this wonderful video, how nice to see this beautiful English garden tour you provided for us. It was so inspirational to me to see how many garden rooms were created on one acre of land. I am so very happy for you that Jenny found you such an inspiration to her as you are to all of your viewers! congratulations to you for such a wonderful endorsement from another fellow gardener! Keep up the great work you do and thanks for introducing us to Jenny's UA-cam channel. 😍
Oh my word, I found Jenny too, a few weeks ago. Her how they made the garden is incredible, I hope you all check it out, it's a recent video. Danielle does that yarrow that she referred to as "pearl", look like the unnamed flower in the Lancaster garden. The foliage at the start of the tour looks the same to me.? Jenny I think your bouquets are just lovely, as is your garden.
Thank you Danielle for sharing this beautiful English garden and Jenny’s lovely channel! I subscribed! Lots of great takeaways from this video! I too have changed my outlook on my gardens this year and have focused more on what is doing well instead of what is going “wrong”. Also, Jenny’s command of botanical names is quite impressive 👍🏼💕🌸
Very cool indeed Danielle! Murphy's garden is splendid... Jenny said she (like all of us) is still learning... but, clearly she's a quick learner. Will definitely subscribe, thanks. 😎
Thank you for sharing Jenny’s garden with us, it is so stunning, it’s hard to believe they have only been building it since 2009! She must have the perfect climate for flower gardening, as well as the skills and hard work to make it happen.
The English garden is just beautiful, my what a lot of work they have put into it. My daughter and husband moved to England after college and ended up living there for 16 years. It was so much fun going there to visit over the years. We went to so many big beautiful public gardens all over England. They really know how to do it and their weather is so agreeable for gardening. Thank you Danielle for sharing your friend’s garden. I love these tours and any of your own garden. You bring so much joy to all your subscribers.
Love 'Murphy's Garden', also because I have a farm in Murphys, California (subscribed immediately). I was wondering if you could share where you purchased the garden chairs you're sitting in at the beginning of the video. The style is beautiful! Thank you very much for all you do and share with us.
A good use of the parcel, not just green lawn anymore. How to take care of them, and always make it looks beautiful is super important as well. It is water effency? ☺
Thank you Danielle. I found Murphy's Garden about 3 months ago and I too am so impressed with Jenny's design esthetic and her gardens. My first video that I watched was about Wollerton Old Hall, a garden visit that is on my bucket list. I am amazed that Jenny and her husband are able to accomplish so much together.
Danielle, I love your videos, I learn so much and when I feel like I can't figure it out, you inspire me. I so much would like a lovely hydrangea room like yours but am afraid the deer will eat them all. Maybe I can plant a few within the veggie garden fence. I just purchased my first Incrediball hydrangea last week. Thanks so much for sharing Murphy's garden, what a treat! I subscribed. It is so easy to get caught up in what we want to fix in the garden instead of seeing the beauty that is right in front of us.
Lol another wonderful & inspirational field trip Danielle! Will definitely check out her channel! I have been very interested in the various pleaching of trees and variations of shrubs to use as separators/dividers.
Thanks for the tour of another "flower gardener".....what a massive area to work with. Must have taken heaps of designing and loads of hard work. ( with other gardeners too) Ive subscribed just out of curiosity. Thanks Danielle😊
As I have shared with you, I had a terrible infestation of aphids this year. My efforts of spraying with a homemade organic spray paid off. I had more lilies survive then I thought I would have. I also have one garden bed which has given me great joy....it looks perfect this year. Two examples of focusing on the positive! I do have a question: My husband and I have noticed a significant decrease in bees and butterflies coming to our garden this year. I also did not see any hummingbirds. My verbena bonariensis which has always been covered with bees and butterflies are empty of pollinators. Is anyone else noticing this? Perhaps it is too early, and they will still come?
Danielle your videos are so inspiring! I love your bistro set at the beginning of your video. Do you happen to remember where you found it? I've been looking for one similar. Thank you!

Her dog is so lovely, as is her beautiful garden.
If you didn't have grass your garden would still look like the Garden of Eden

Such an elegant, welcoming garden!
Love Jenny’s bouquet. Growing hedge to block the wind is a great idea as she says to create a microclimate.
Wow I wish I had her talent ! Absolutely beautiful!!!💕💕
Helo you bạn thật xinh đẹp 😊
I found Murphy's garden earlier this year and have really enjoyed all her videos!
She has a beautiful garden, as do you Danielle.
I've been following Murphy's Garden because I love the tours she gives of other english gardens!
The formal garden design looks so good, but is rare in American yards. I want to do more with that style at my house.
Oh my word, I found Jenny too, a few weeks ago. Her how they made the garden is incredible, I hope you all check it out, it's a recent video. Definitely a lovely visit and new garden experience. Thank you!
I’ve been following Murphy’s Garden for awhile & thoroughly enjoy it. I’m amazed at all she & her husband have accomplished in their garden.
What beautiful gardens the both of you have, thank you for sharing.
Danielle, when we walk with you in your garden, we pay no attention to the grass..except that it is a walkway to get to the “good stuff.”
I was already subscribed and enjoying Murphy's channel with amazing garden rooms! Thanks for sharing Daniella 😊
Thank you for sharing Jenny’s garden with us, it is so stunning, it’s hard to believe they have only been building it since 2009! She must have the perfect climate for flower gardening, as well as the skills and hard work to make it happen.

Love 'Murphy's Garden', also because I have a farm in Murphys, California (subscribed immediately). I was wondering if you could share where you purchased the garden chairs you're sitting in at the beginning of the video. The style is beautiful! Thank you very much for all you do and share with us.
❤❤❤❤❤ thanks.
So pretty. Thank you!
Gorgeous garden! I can't imagine having to keep up with all that hedge clipping she has to do though.
A good use of the parcel, not just green lawn anymore. How to take care of them, and always make it looks beautiful is super important as well. It is water effency? ☺
Gorgeous gardens! I’m heading outside to work on my own right now - needed a little inspiration!

And yet another reason to turn me green…so beautiful 🤩
Hi friend! I picked it up at local antique store. If I notice any markings on the pieces I’ll let you know!
