I finally beat the rift with a random team last night. After several tries I think what made the difference was the team having sentrys, healing auras, and good comms.
Man today has been good! First time doing the rift with some randoms an we beat it first try... Load into a new game an join more randoms an did the one aether an finally! Got the damn mag schematic! That shit took me like 15 times or so to get it but now I got everything!!!

I did the unstable rift with a squad of 6 yesterday and one of the guys had the crossbow and I’m pretty sure out of all of us, he was doing all the damage lol. We managed to complete it. Don’t know if I’m gonna go back 😂
The mimic spitting three of those orbs is crazzyy

The spawn didn't occur in the last five minutes. I've already finished it twice.
I waited 10+ matches until the final extraction, but there was no sign of it.
It spawns in for me with 10 minutes or less in the match. Only one person or team can use the rift once it automatically spawns in. So it is first come when it spawns in. Like it is if someone does the pedestals and someone else uses it before the team that completed the pedestals. Then you need to do more pedestals to get another rift to spawn in or wait until the last 10 minutes of another match. It is like the triangles where people using scorchers will most likely beat you there. If you don’t want to waste a weapon slot on a scorcher, I'd find a redeploy drone or rift (and hope it does despawn) and remember the coordinates of it, and make your way to that location with like 12 minutes left so you can immediately use it to fly to the unstable rift location.
It shows up as a bright red triangle thing when it spawns in and when someone uses it, it turns to a white triangle and disappears. You can then hear the person on the comms say something about the rift opening be gone, or something.
I was doing camo grinding at an exfil and there was a pedalstal there, and watching this team do it was hard to watch. I want to say 3-4 people in that team had no idea what an ammo mod was and they just wanted the camo. I kept telling them on my mic that they'd have to do some spores or find bosses to take out and hope they drop the ammo mod, but 3-4 had no clue. I kept telling them that they had to wait for the zombies to get inside of the circle before taking them out with deadwire ammo mod. They had to restart the pedalstal at least once because they didn't listen and the time ran out. I'd be surprised if they completed it, even though they had 4 people. Guaranteed they didn't have good weapons to go in there.

First time i went in the rift it was absolute chaos everyone was going down and i was the only on out of 6 of us that had healing aura, i also had just a ground loot RGL which was lucky because i could recharge my healing aura fast, we made it to fifth round 1st game and all died with the boss 3/4 dead, i was basically just spamming the RGL while plating up at the same time for most of the 5th level. The second time we went in i took my after market RGL and there was 2 of us with deadwire detonators on RGLs and the other 4 on the team just had normal guns killing the bosses while we covered them with the RGL's, i think only 1 maybe 2 people went down the 2nd game although 4 of us had healing Aura, 2nd time was relatively easy compared to the 1st time. Our 2nd run was overkill lol and if you have 1 person with deadwire detonators on a RGL as crowd control and 2 people with normal guns to kill the bosses you should be able to do it as long the person with the RGL crowd control covers the other 2 so they can kill bosses, Kazimir are good too just in case you run out of ammo drop a Kazimir so you can get more ammo off the ground..
The lightning might be from the Mimic, like the one from the second DA quest. Those had like a lightning/EMP effect that stuns you (like the one that looked like a UAV tower and when you interact with it transforms into a mimic)

That's what I gathered too. After the Stormcaller in wave 3, they give the special bosses from the story missions. The EMP mimic in round 4, and the main boss from S3 story mission in round 5. I am so not attempting this solo, more fun with a squad.
The lightning happens when you stand still for too long, what happened around 32 minutes with the mimic is it’s an emp mimic it can sometimes spawn in the mag of holding dark aether too
Just genuine question. Why using rgl with deadwire detonator, if you have the wunderwaffle that stuns so much more?
The lighting is either the little wretchlings shooting it at you or the game is telling u not to camp
Do you play wjth contriller on pc, why is it so laggy? Like packet burst, fps drop and all for you ?
I play on ps5, wired connection and the most i get is server crashes a little where zombies freeze and i slide around for a few seconds, it always comes back.
I dont get why it happens tho every game/every day, when i have 16 ping, wired connection. its very unfortunate when i go down to it!

8:13 that’s exactly what I would do. They said NOTHING IS AS YOU THINK IT WOULD BE. I guarantee there are ways to live and kill in that gas.

@TheTeaMachine I think that only repairs masks if they're not in use. So wouldn't work in gas by a definition. I might be wrong tho....
@@blessedone8881 No you're right, i was thinking maybe using it to go into the gas for a bit, then out to let it repair, then back into the gas.. it repairs pretty fast.

Biggest thing i learnt is if you do not have teamwork in there with people covering each other than it is going to be harder to do than it has to be.. 2 RGL's with deadwire detonators was crazy awesome, for a lot of the game that whole lower section just looked like a giant electrical storm 😂😂, it was bigtime overkill, one RGL with deadwire detonators is more than enough as long as they hammer the spawn points while also covering the crew killing the bosses..

And there is lightning in the unstable rift but there are also mimics that spit at you and causes you to shoot full auto if the gun is full auto. The mimic is in one of the act 4 story missions (maybe countermeasures?)
Beat the rift today with some friends, used this shotgun with slugs and other attachments and a wonderwaffle. Wasnt easy but not impossible, def gets crazy in there!
The JAK ripper tears through bosses in the rift. A couple guys with dead wire thumpers and a couple JAK Rippers is serious
Ik the jack ripper i op in tiers 1-3 but I haven't tried it against tier 4

Normal mimic, mangler, normal deciples, electric emp mimic (from mission counter measure), then Final diciple with the mission ability, spawn elite minion

Me and my cousin had gotten the camo and i love it man i used the new shotgun and rgl aftermarket 40mm slug rounds but crossbow works
Molatovs are great for dead wire detonators
From what I gather the lighting comes from the dead wire detonator being used to much in one concentrated area

I think if u use those precision air strikes and mortar strikes it would make it life easier. But I understand switching from ur gun to those does take time. I just think if u have them use them lol.
I did see little crates in the new rift but couldn’t reach it to see if it was just armor or not it was a little cache
That would be cool if you when in and just kind of looked around to see if there was any hidden boxes or anything like that in the game
Used the hell out of the new shotgun yesterday and now today I keep glitching and getting an update requires restart and now feels like shotgun been nerfed a little bit.
How does dead wire activite with the slugs on the RGL

Dead wire on the shotgun gives the RGL dead wire is the most needed weapon mod to get this done

I already tried to look around in the storm, i thought it would be smart to bring a Golden Mask Filter, so when i get back to the main garden it would regenerate. BUT sadly this storm breaks it off faster than anything. You can't really go anywhere cause the mask can't stand 10 seconds. Feel free to try it, i just thought to give a heads up.

You ought to try the Mors poison Leeched....I believe....but 1 shot explosive rounds. I think the blast radius is crazy

Season 2 DA story mission had a mimic and a mangler that did the same thing. They also shocked you
My issue with this game is once you done the rift or portal and you get rewards there’s no replaying there’s just no purpose

you might get overwhelmed cause of the slow charge-up time the scorcher has and rgl has the dead wire detonators option so the rgl is better imo

Hey all, with all the glitching that happens is there any way that the next game will be worth the price? Every game I have at least one death secondary to glitching at the wrong time.

I finally got into the rift today and the game popped up that error code for the ps5 on the 3rd round and I lost everything on top of not finishing the unstable rift. MW3 itself is a unstable rift
There is a way to do it really easy, i seen a vid of people going really high using scorchers then slowly parachuting down just waiting the clock out not killing zombies waiting for the boss to spawn in, then there a high point on top of a building you can only get on using a scorcher to parachute down onto it, after that they used airstrikes from that top ledge on the bosses with some shots mixed in..

I got this done on a team of 6 first attempt with the Bal27 🤣 couple players had RGL one guy had a sledge hammer I was like wow 🤣 but we pulled it off. 3 healing ora 2 energy mine 1 tesla storm I only went down twice I also had the scorcher to fly up to a ledge outta reach that helped
For some reason my game keeps putting me in lobbies where no one knows about the unstable rift or own mics I need to find people who will help me do and complete the unstable rift

I think some of the issue with game crashes could be down to the texture streaming, especially if you are using a weapon with a death effect, like the detonators, plus I think the devs just don't give a F about the game stability, too busy pushing stupid Operator skins. But yeah, the stability of the game sucks and the fact if it crashes you lose everything, including all your Containment levels back to 75, that REALLY sucks and I've have it happen to me on 4 separate occasions now and I swear I'd be on over 1200 containment had it not crashed.
Their is a ammo dump there, incase your mask gets low .

He's using the RGL with the aftermarket part, it just looks like a normal RGL but it's the kitted one. He's running the slug ammo on it with Deadwire Detonators
