We need a video where Oasis watches Dave watching them
That would be amazing!
Great reaction to a great song, Highly recommend Cast no shadow next 👍🏻
And not a mobile phone in sight. Beautiful! I feel sorry for the youth of today, being unable to experience something like this.
Oasis had such a variety of tunes which I think goes unnoticed by a lot of casual fans!
That whole gig , knebworth was brilliant!!! Absolutely brilliant!!! Liam and the band were on fire !!!
A 'Dave and Liam in Conversation' tv special would blow my mind 😂
Oasis- The Masterplan, you need it in your life
Great reaction as always Dave xx
This performance is brilliant and the 'I can't hear a word you are saying, write it in a piece of paper and throw it on stage' (or something like that) is hilarious. There's a live perfomance of this song in a BBC TV show with full orchestra, Noel with the electric guitar and Bonehead (Rythm guitarist by then) with the acoustic guitar. The combination of orchestra, electric guitar and acoustic guitar is really amazing. 'Oasis - Whatever (Later Archive)' is called on UA-cam.
Was at that concert. Superb day and experience
Ps, don’t forget Queen 😅
He was on the spot. He forgot a few I think.
@@samechick far too many to remember to be honest. Great reaction as always
Fun fact about this Oasis track should you choose to show Dave, it ultimately caused Noel to kick the drummer out the band because he couldn’t get the beat correct in the studio. Noel wrote ‘Supersonic’ to use in the studio session instead. Early Oasis with a punk rock sound ua-cam.com/video/QUvkZn3VbBw/v-deo.html (drums sound superb to me)
@@samechick you’re probably inundated with requests, but i don’t think you have any Franz Ferdinand on your channel. Band from Scotland 🏴 this is probably their best known track ‘Take me Out’ As a band, you know you have a ‘global hit’ when the crowd sing the guitar riff back whilst going crazy ua-cam.com/video/SrWKsl02v6o/v-deo.html
Another great track by the best Oasis reaction channel. Some people say Noel copies the Beatles I prefer to say they influenced him. Well if that song is due to being influenced then I say be as influenced as possible because it's a classic written by a genius. Also as a life long Slade fan I'd like to point out that Noel has expressed his admiration for Slade as well in fact Noel invited Noddy Holder to the big gig at Main Road.
Quote from Noddy Holder....
"When they did their 1996 Maine Road homecoming, Noel invited me along and told his wife at the time, Meg Mathews, to take a picture of my surprised reaction when they encored with ‘Cum On Feel the Noize’. The crowd went wally for it, it was a great version and introduced us to a new generation.”
I love Slade so much! That's an awesome story.
@@samechick here's another little Slade story. Noel was interviewed by Jools Holland and he mentioned his favourite Slade track is How Does It Feel but he even knew which track number it was on the album!
@@samechickhere’s the performance from Maine Road, 1996 ua-cam.com/video/K_NYXE5tl9w/v-deo.html
How can you even pick one?! I love the live version of Everyday. It's so great, but I like everything myself. I bet Noel's the same way.
@@samechick I don't wanna bring the vibe down but I'm having Everyday played at my funeral😂
Love the oasis reactions , have you listened to the masterplan yet ?❤
No he hasn't =)
@@samechick well worth a listen when he has time
Superb ✌️🏴
'Supersonic' Oasis Documentary, best Documentary I've seen. A must if you quite like the band. Beautiful!
Dave your reactions are the best! Would love to see you react to All Around the world at gmex in 1997. An absolute masterpiece
Owh god,, i miss them,, miss that era..
I dont know why but Dave liking Oasis makes me happy !! One of my favs by Oasis is "Half a world away" it's a bit different.
Great one of my favourite songs this is knebworth 1996 250k over 2 nights they could have filles it 6 nights with the ticket demands. I was at knebworth 2022 and the same harmonica player came back mark Feltham p.s octipuss garden is only in some live show.
Dave, you need to watch the documentary brother!
Dave says you know it's all right......and tasty...
Perhaps you'd also be interested in songs penned by Liam: I'm Outta Time (which imo is his best and up there with his brother's best), Songbird and The Meaning of Soul. Another personal favorite is Soldier On. Liam's songs have a more introverted and introspective feel to them, the opposite of how the brothers act.
I'm not sure how many people notice but whenever Liam goes walkabout on stage leaving Noel to do an instrumental section Noel is constantly looking over his shoulder as if he's expecting to be slugged by Liam at any time. He's always looking to see what Liam is doing and always looks worried. This happens in many of their live performances. He's obviously got some PTSD going on there.
Yeah more than likely ptsd from his father.
If you like Oasis you’d Love Ocean Colour Scene. Great band, great songs and were one of the support bands at this Knebworth Oasis show. 👌🏼
Dave did do a reaction to them a while back -- ua-cam.com/video/c_HTo85IFnk/v-deo.html
@@samechick just watched it. The video that accompanied the track is bizarre. It looks like a montage from 1996 with The Euro football tournament, Spice Girls etc. Ocean Colour Scene are a great band with some great songs. They’re fantastic live.
Half the world away next
Has anyone suggested slide away to you? Specifically from knebsworth in 1996.
Liam Gallagher - Roll It Over Live Knebworth 22 please!
Hey there Romano! Here we go, it's Dave's reaction to Liam Gallagher performing Roll It Over Live at Knebworth ua-cam.com/video/5NAE2-_AA1w/v-deo.html Dave LOVED this!
i love your oasis song reactions...oasis is pretty much my favorite band. Do you also review 311 songs?
By the way, some of the songs do sound the same.
Dave reacts to almost anything that is suggested 😀 no one has suggested 311 yet as far as I can remember.
Yeah, the melody reminded me of something then when he sang Octopus's Garden, it all came together. I like Oasis but there sound always sounded too derivative to me to be a total fan. Here's one for Dave to sample that's a real quality contemporary jazz piece that popped up in my feed from a band called, Mammal Hands. Real old school sound but slick production called Mansions Of Millions Of Years. ua-cam.com/video/hWrDI5eNDMc/v-deo.html
👏👏👏👏
I’ve learned not to say anything negative about Oasis here because their fans come at you. I like the music on this one.
Speaking of great song-writing from England, here’s Cat’s in Space with The Mad Hatter’s Tea Party. ua-cam.com/video/z7DGXWsq0AI/v-deo.html. Thanks guys.
Next reaction The Masterplan o Aquiesce,Hello o I am the Walrus Beatles cover live in Earls Curt
Johann Pachelbel filed his 23rd lawsuit from beyond the grave this year. But, apparently, in UK law, you can't sue Oasis if you're dead. Seems a little unfair to me.
ua-cam.com/video/JvNQLJ1_HQ0/v-deo.html
Or perhaps, more believably, Noel Gallagher is a time traveler and Johann's lucky he's dead or NG would sue him!
Scoucers get ur hands out them peoples pockets.
Please listen to the jam
Can you imagine Dave trying to understand Eton Rifles 😂. 😊
Got sued for this one , got accused of ripping of how sweet to be an idiot, neil inners (Monty python) edit ,,, should have played the whole video
Next All around the world 1997
Songbird is one of my favourites
Never released as a single?
The world does NOT need an Oasis reunion. They were brilliant 1994-1996. That's it. Noel wrote the song, but part of the chorus he stole from Monty Python.
