Good afternoon bird, I have not been very consistent with my practises as of lately and so it is great to get back into it and this sequence truly was uplifting but also a little challenging. I’m happy to be back and to be practising alongside yourself 🙌🏾🦋
Just wanted to say your videos are literally life-changing for me. They help me so much with my anxiety, thank God they exist! I feel a noticeable difference between the weeks I do them consistently and when I don't ❤😊 Thank you!
Thank you for your videos. I try to get in a yoga session when I can. I was wondering if you would do a video on how you mentally prepare for a yoga session or just any tips on how to prepare for a yoga session. Letting the outside world go so you can focus on you and what your body is telling you. Sometimes I struggle with that, and feel like I don’t get what I wanted out of the session, because I’m focusing my mind on other things. Other times I just end up not doing a yoga session. Some of my favorite things, I do to prepare is light a candle and Lay-out my yoga mat and try to clear my mind. Sometimes I pet or brush my cat. Listening to her purrs and making a bond of trust with her. ❤❤❤ I would love to hear what tips you have.
Longer sessions would be nice ( like 20+ minutes) I always feel unfulfilled and dissatisfied after this session. Almost half of the flow was spent laying (1.5 minutes in child pose and another .5 in cobra). 😢 still love the channel overall tho❤
This wasnt a flow. Its called “stretch” which is why we spend longer in poses. If you know the channel you know my style. This is routine for me and how I genuinely love my yoga to be so i pour it into my teaching. Dissatisfied is fine but if youre looking for a flow you should try flow style classes. I have many on here for free. Longer classes 30 min+ are within the membership area however i have older longer classes that remain free here too. View the playlist area for longer length classes
