We have moved to a 55+ community with small yards and this is the perfect inspiration for those of us who love to garden but only have small spaces to create our gardens!
This is so inspirational to me. I have a courtyard garden as well and I’m always looking for ideas with my plantings. I also have gravel, not grass. The way there are changes in elevation in this garden & the pathways, gives me so many ideas. Thank you for sharing this garden. ❤🪴
Thank you Linda and Stewart for the tour. Love what Janie has done with her courtyard gardens. Always something interesting along the strips and around corners. Makes me want a smaller space to garden instead of 2 acres. But each garden I have is different. The back is very sunny facing West and hot in summer where the front facing East alpine garden is shady. Both challenging, but I feel most fortunate to have the best climate situations. Living in NW Oregon.
Secret side gardens are the best! Small unseen forgotten or disregarded space turned into something beautiful and because often small it’s easier to fill up! ❤ I don’t mind keeping it a secret shhhhh😅
WOW! What a great garden. please tell me Linda what brand and where you got that fabulous top. . I couldn't zoom into a clear shot of the pocket label. perfect and have to have one

Exactly what I would love is a courtyard garden. Perfect size for a senior gardener.
Such a lovely garden and a very sweet lady to allow us to come and enjoy her garden space. Thank you for sharing it with us Linda.
Loved seeing this repeat video. I enjoyed it the first time, but even more this time. Also, loved seeing the old you, Linda. Beautiful!
A garden has so many dimension, including shadows, and breezes that moves grasses... :)
That tree is called Lemonade Berry. Her’s courtyard reminds me of my grandma back home in DR in the 50’s, 60’s. Oh what a memory!
I loved seeing this again! Such wonderful style, ideas and thank you to the hostess and, of course, Linda. Please keep these types of videos coming!!

Winter Honeysuckle? I have 3 in my yard. That’s what I was told it was.
The grass looks like Heavy Metal or Niagara Falls Panicum.

Maybe Winter Honeysuckle ?
What is the difference between a Russian Sage and a Texas Sage. I just bought a Texas Sage.
Probably some kind of panicum or prairie drop seed.
No sound
Is it Luma apiculata, a species of Luma (a.k.a. chilean myrtle)? This is according to an app.
I feel like I've seen this video before.
