Being that you can set the exact time to dispense the food, why did you set 1,2,3 and 6 for the meals instead of just 1,2,3,4 and leave 5 and 6 off?

I was wondering if the feeder settings would survive a power interruption (batteries not installed) and thankfully you answered my question. Thanks for your review.
Any opinions on it one year later? I have to go back to the office and need to get a pet feeder. Thank you
