What TV settings are better? brightness, contrast, etc.

Well, generally high contrast, "sports" setting. But, really everyone and every eye condition is different. So, whatever works best!

I'm sorry, no. We must see you to prescribe special telescopic glasses. There is an inexpensive, non-prescription option that you could consider purchasing online for the TV, but the quality, and clarity, will be much less than what I prescribe. Regardless, if it is your only option, search for "Max TV glasses" or similar. You can probably have them tomorrow from Amazon. Best of luck! --Dr. Long
