- After surviving a catastrophic explosion of my Microwave Pyrolysis plastic to fuel distiller, and at the same time receiving a $100k grant from the 776 foundation - what is next for this project?
Great news! Good job JAB! Be outdoors but get a 20 foot high metal roof. Building a school bus size is not easily shipable. Focus on making shipping container packeable unit. Make these as affordable as possible. Get them into remote areas that produce a lot of plastic trash. Make a unit that is as plug and play as possible. If it fits in a 20' shipping container, you could put the unit on a ships deck & run the ship off plastic while cleaning remote tripical islands that are covered in plastic waste. Think small, portable & afordable. Good luck young Jedi!

He's not inventing pyrolysis. Pylorisis has been there for so long and it has been tested and approved. Get in the Internet and find analysis in plenty.

one of the major global problems is the excessive, or rather the excessive, amount of plastic found around the world, in the seas, so much so that it has pushed various governments to support and motivate the use of tetrapak to replace straws, for example. of plastic, food packaging etc., now Julian has not only found a way to use plastic waste but has even suggested a way to turn it into fuel... I just hope that Julian doesn't have a heart attack or sudden illness, Julian move like a Don brother, and move with the eyes engraved on your back

Also when you move to a proper facility or whatever you call it, solar would be perfect cause it will lower the cost of running the machine.

Would one singular piece piping be much better than joining two cut up propane tanks? They come in 6meter lengths usually. The pipe schedule, theres charts for each diameter corresponding to different thicknesses and pressure ratings.
Schedule 40 pipes sounds like they should be enough to handle compressed air level pressure but not too crazy levels such as explosions kinds of pressures. But since youre gonna have safety devices to handle accidental explosions, maybe it should be sufficient. Not sure how much one length costs in the USA
Well every extra weld is a point for potential weaknesses, so if you could use on continuous pipe, that is always more ideal

Have you tried using any of the fuel you've distilled to make some electricity? I'm sure the microwaves take a lot of power. I'd be curious to see what power can be produced compared to what it takes to make the pyrolysis oil.

Only with Pyrolysis reactor you will not get where you want dear brother. Even if you can convert 1kg plastic to 1L fuel. You need to get a much deeper process. Contact me if you need some help

That's not "taking" or "beating someone down" it's warning them about the dangerous path they are on. I don't understand the hate ... people act like there are not countless things in residential areas more dangerous than this. What is the relative risk of this well researched processing to produce less than a gallon of fuel at a time versus the dozens of gallons of fuel parked right in garages or the array of batteries people are installing with their solar panels. What is the environmental impact of the traces of elements released here compared to the lead pipes rotting out from under someone's 80s home they are to cheap to replace or the tons of carbon emitted by cars ... Everything is relative. The haters can only be so critical because of the transparency in this documented development. Now that you have the money for taking this to the next level both in safety and production even that is an issue, they find fault even as their last straw man arguing was shutdown ... Just a sad world where so many would rather sit and mock, scorn, and hate those out there doing than actually do something themselves.
