Why only 7,500 people there? This was by far the smallest crowd of last 16 round. I thought Pretoria was a big rugby city. Can't be an SA thing, as there were 28,000 in attendance in Cape Town. I'm genuinely intrigued.
No one wanted to watch this game , no interest .The local broadcaster even has the wrong highlights on their site . Better rugby to watch than a walkthrough. The locals will support when it's worth going . Europe's rugby isn't that strong , they have a small group of strong teams worth watching , if it was a local derby it would've been packed .
@sneakpeak0000 15 different French and English clubs have reached the final of the European/Champions Cup in the last 25 years with 11 of them winning one or more titles. Come back to us on the strength of European clubs when the South African clubs have actually got to a final. Bulls were the last Saffas in the race in the QF and got absolutely annihilated by Northampton last night.
That was an important win for the Bulls. Lyon were pretty awful but sitting 12th in the T14 perhaps not surprising. The next game will be a real test for the Bulls
@@galimbertino4939 no he scored one from a tap and go penalty at a different time in the match. Basically walked over because no one was paying attention
The weather is good to be out around this time of the year and there is a lot to do on a Saturday afternoon between 12:00 - 18:00pm. Besides, Lyon isn’t really a big rival.
Take the same amount of people in attendance and put them in a smaller local sports field down the road instead of a big national stadium, and you'll see the difference
Very early kickoff 13:30 plus there was a huge school derby game right across the road at the exact same time. Add that to the fact that the greater public hasn't really caught on to the Champions Cup yet. It's still pretty new to us.
Why is the stadium so empty 😢😢😢.Looking at Stormers games stadiums always pretty full compared to up country games ? Bulls are playing such good rugby how about some support at the games .I'm a Stormer supporter 😂😂😂
Early kickoff, massive school boy derby right next door at the same time. Btw if you are a stormers supporter you would have seen that three weeks ago the stadium was sold out for the North v South Derby.
Good to see SA fans overtaking the English for the most hated fanbase. Lot of arrogance coming from the comment section. Only in the competition cause the SA teams couldn’t compete in their own hemisphere
Timezone is the short answer Argentina, Australia and New Zealand fatigued South African players too much as the timezone difference is insane to the east and west.
Still can't get it how a South African team can be part of a European competition right ? No one cares about players being tired to travel to the other side of the world ?
That's just wrong, you try travelling to and from AU and NZ every week. It messes you up. We give you better competition in either the URC or the European cups then ever before.
Well done Bulls
Embrose papier🔥
GO bulls 💙🩵 and remember God loves you ❤️ 🎉
the springboks will definitley miss Willie "may-i assist" Le Roux
David Kriel take a bow
this is a gud time to play Europeans n nz sides ...midday heat on highveld
Yeah dare lienster to come play at altitude at loftus at 13h00
😂😂I was wondering what was going on.😅
By heat you mean about 25°C. Was a very mild day. If this had been a month ago these guys would have been dropping like flies.
@@theofilusbouwer3430in an empty stadium in africa. Yeah great tv, really beneficial for the fans.
Hope the Bulls can go all he way and win the Champions Cup. If Jake gets these okes to click in the knockouts they can beat anyone.

1 o clock in 40 degrees and Lyon is quite a weak team.Everyone knew the Bulls would win.

Somebody definitely got the Horns!
The Bulls are playing how I used to enjoy the Sharks played. In 2008. :/

You could see Lyon didn't even care from their teamsheet.
Why not showing Lyon’s 1st try?
Nice bulls.
French sides don't travel well on a good day but send them to South Africa and their defense crumbles entirely. Bulls did look very sharp though.
Bulle🔥
Bulls on parade 🐮🐮🐮
Should’ve had the page-relo try
they did, penalty try at the end.
@@galimbertino4939 no he scored one from a tap and go penalty at a different time in the match. Basically walked over because no one was paying attention
What does it take to get the saffas to actually go to watch a game?
Better opposition

Less expensive tickets people don’t have as much money to throw away in SA compared to Europe

It's still Covid 19 in SA. This country has fallen behind since 1994!
The people who are editing. These highlights are rubbish. 🤯
Make yours mate
I really love this club and fans 💙 but why is this stadium always so empty 😕
Anybody has an explanation?
Greetings from flanders ❤

I was there. The main grandstand was pretty full. The camera always seems to focus on the opposite side which is in the sun
South African fans have a different excuse every week.
Thanks guys yeah back In the days of super rugby It was so packed .
That's why as a flemish guy I was thinking huh what has happened haha.
@@TomBrennan183two weeks ago when the stormers played the bulls the stadium was at capacity.
Why are always empty stadiums in SA? I thought the rugby is popular there

Bulls are too sleek.

Its time to drop Le Roux. Way to many simple mistakes
Bulls still can't defend and still can't pull off a line out. How did we win that by such a margin!?
It's called highlights, did you watch the video? 😂
Still no idea why South African sides are in a European competition?
scared?
To give you some competition.
The steroid testing in Australia and New Zealand effectively rules our teams that use steroids....
