Hey! I am a coolcat! LOL Thanks for the update on agents and memory. If only EA could update their sims products with them! EA could be sitting on a gold mind! If I was OpenAI, I would buy the SIMs IP to let GPT-5 Agents live their lives out in the SIM environment. I can also see some robot company trying a testbed westworld/agent type setup in the near future. How crazy would that be !!!

I easily found the Stanford Town paper, but not the other research paper related to generative agents in the hospital. Can you share that research paper reference?

Thank you, very clearly explained. I like the idea of agents learning and working and using memory to enhance their abilities. Maybe the idea running a Hospital by agents is disturbing, but it also a great chance to enhance preparation and handling of a hospital where real people have quite good assistants available when needed.
This study supports the direction medicine is moving by the activity of vendors in the electronic health record (EHR) space. My expectation is that these AI tools will extend and improve care by reducing the barrier we physicians have to adapt to -- the enormous amount of information we are asked to digest with each patient encounter in a timely way. Currently it is a challenge to find the right information at the right time in the EHR. Can these tools help me to remember to do certain things during the visit? I appreciate your clear explanation. Physicians are trying to understand the consequences of using AI and improve our workflow. Wish us luck.
