yeah, that seems to have been rejected by the very people who it was supposed to benefit. I think the stage is set in the US for about 20 yrs of hard right conservatism. The pendulum doesn't seem to swing so much as lurch chaotically from left to right. The "woke" movement has finally started to break up though which is a welcome sight indeed.

The writing trope of The Magical Negro is actually really fascinating. Its a shame someone took it and turned it into what is undoubtedly going to be a movie that offends black AND white people. It dang near feels like a plant to drum up unrest and tension.

This movie sort of feels like an inside job by some genius who wanted to create the ultimate criteria for who is actually swallowing that woke rhetoric, show them that trailer, if they approve you know, no color, race, status, finance or otherwise can obscure anyone seeing straight through this abomination.
