Split/Second - FINAL Race, Final Cutscene And End Credits

This is the final race you do in Split/Second. It's pretty simple, honestly. Anyways, after the race you get a cliffhanger cutscene-ending-thing followed by the credits.

The fact tha this game was setting up the plot for SS2 as a sequel AND prequel of SS1 and revealed that it has multiple modes of gameplay (including first person missions, boats, and classic cars) from a leak makes me more furious at disney.

Strange. I got a slightly different cutscene in my copy of Split/Second. Maybe because I'm playing the PC version and yours is the X360 version, am I right?

Haha, now that is really weird. I can understand them removing the "To be continued" line seeing as there probably wont ever be a new Split/Second game but changing both the arrangement of the clips in the scene and the voice actor I'm completely lost at. The cutscene now has way less explosiveness to it and the narrator whom was already extremely cringy in the Xbox 360 version is now even worse! No idea what they were thinking with that, nice find though!

I've finished the game today about a few hours ago.
"To be continued" is still shown in my version, so I assume that it is part of the credits.
But why did they even change the cutscene anyway? Maybe Disney decided to do so, like they never ever wanted to make a sequel. "Hey guys, let's make this already bad cutscene even worse by removing some explosions!" Even though this game wasn't (officially) directed by Michael Bay, explosions are essential in a game like Split/Second. You can never have enough of them.

The story of the ending:
You or an elite wins the championship.
Suddenly, One of the buildings that were supposed to be used as an obstacle in the game, suddenly explodes.
A machine goes through the outside corner of a building.
A sudden helicopter appears.
The helicopter shoots a bus.
Sudden building explosion.
Cars dieded.
Some staff cars come to the scene to investigate.
Sudden firetruck kills staff car.
The one who did this was "Them"
But they got taken off 1982!
More sudden building explosions.
Even more cars diededs.
Big evil car from "Them" has a wrecking ball.
Wrecking ball attacks camera.
