If you place decorations on the underside of your gun, they will actually float in the open space between the gun and the truck. Proving it has invisible armor too.
You can also fit the baguette basket in between the driver and mg guy in the footwell

As a vet of Iraq and Afghanistan I can agree…Probably the only reason they don’t sell them in the US is because you wouldn’t ever need a new car again…Short of a bomb those things are indestructible.

3:26 the Sherman is proof of one of those Howitzers. Unloading all hundred rounds the 75 averaged 20rpm. 3 seconds between shots with proper procedures. You may think that's the limit for a small shell and small gun in a big turret. The 76 was also 20rpm. Why not, too? There are dozens of well known stories of Abrams 120mm loaders getting 1 off every 3 seconds. If a massive 120mm that's facing backwards can do it, why not a round that you can hold almost 1 handed? Purely balance to not make the more famous big guns feel bad.
What about the kv2?

@@Miles26545 What about it? You want a 3.5 minute reload like in real life? The technical maximum possible rate is 2-3 per minute on the gun itself. 20 seconds at best but it should be 210 seconds
@@clausroquefort9545 All big guns get the same treatment because they're legendary. That's why they get the fastest possible concievable believable with suspension of disbelief reload rates. So the magic isn't killed. The in-game rates of fire on the 37s is abysmal, too. Over 3.5 seconds for most of them. Don't tell me it takes longer to load a 37 than a 76. The US 37s had 30rpm. 2 seconds. That's without the loader holding rounds waiting to load it.
Remebering reading somewhere why the UK didn't use Auto-loaders is cause at the time manual loading was faster, with being in the 3-5sec range
The most reliable way to have Fun in War Thunder is low-tier + big gun on a platform (preferably axis, they loved big guns)

It was the vehicle that got me my phirst nuke, and I’d like to see it and the ABUL/74 (specifically the 90mm) on the channel!
The combo means in any terrain you can get to a sneaky spot, and scout phor tons of SP!

I figure that standing free to da breeze in the back-bed of farmers Joeseppi's antique hay wagon, while half the enemy armor is slinging steel tomatoes at my very exposed skin, would "inspire" me to load that gun a tad faster then 12 seconds....to misquote a famous soldier... i can load faster sceared then thay can load angry.

@PhlyDaily, you are forgetting when talking about manual reloading the actual weight of the shell. The heavier the shell, the harder it is to move, to pick up, and to carry, meaning the slower you move the shell. The farther the ammo rack is from the breech, the longer it takes to load a shell. And the higher off the “ground” (aka floor of the compartment that the loader is standing on) the gun and gun breech is, the harder it is to move the shell into the breech, and the longer it takes to load the shell. So yes, you have seen people just Chuck shells into breeches like no tomorrow, those shells are usually pretty close in height and distance to the breech, or the loader has multiple helpers running shells like a bucket brigade. So combine the factors of the weight of the shell, the distance from the ammo rack to the breech, the height of the breech from the floor, and how far each shell has to go before it is loaded, as well as how many loaders there are and the other normal factors, and you will understand why it takes that long to reload even with an ace crew
I love it when you analyse what happened after the battle in the repays, always makes it more interesting to see it from a different angle.

There should be a mechanic where you press a button to make your loader reload the gun faster. He will eventually develop fatigue and recover, but recover less and less as the battle wages on. The reload speed will eventually get to its slowest which let's say 10% slower than all current (non auto loading) rates. At their freshest they'd be going 50% faster. If you just opt to not make the loader rush you'll have your projected stat card reload speed (after crew bonuses and training and whatnot)
I love your low tier battles. So much fun to watch and it's the only battles I've been able to unlock so far

I can't find any reason for HESH to be on this pizza truck historically, it was developed by the UK and the last Lancia pizza truck was destroyed in 1943.

I would 100% play War Thunder as a friggin' Tacoma with a 50 cal bolted to the bed. It'd be useful for next to nothing but scouting, but it'd be hilarious to drive around like mad in a '90s Toyota while harassing a bunch of WW2 era tanks.

Is the Lancia now the second vehicle in the game which spawns facing backwards? Technically, the Archer is still the only one in the game which functions backwards, but the gun starts facing the opposite direction on this thing, and I don't know if any others do that.

It still exists, but it produces only one model that it's only sold in Italy. However, there are plans to revive the brand, with 3 new cars coming out between 2024 and 2028. I hope they will be good cars, because all the models made after the Lancia 2000, except the Thesis were mediocre or bad.
Agreed on the reload speed. Historically speaking. You can watch video of British or German soldiers slapping rounds in these non-stop during WW1, pretty quickly.

All vehicles without an autoloader should have a standard loading time when not moving that increases with the amount of movement of the vehicle, this vehicle should a beast at realoading when not moving.
Yeah, because loading an 50mm round is the same as loaing an 120mm or even an 150mm round

Dont remember how long ago but some german tanks had a armor modifier based on armor quality from documents when other nations didn't, after that they removed it.
