She mentioned that during the interview an Engineer asked her about tools and testing process, her normal work day and stuff. So she made up a story or was describing her actual previous job? thank you!

So … are graduates from the bootcamp essentially saying they had previous QA experience when they didn’t? I’m not judging, at the end of the day you gotta do what you gotta do. There’s a bootcamp in my area that does that as well. They have you make a mock resume. But they submit it to their clients. Is that how your bootcamp works as well?

In the US, I think most companies keep their teams within the company. My rough estimate would be for 70% of companies.
