How to make a circle top out of a circle fabric

I made this yesterday in about 15 minutes. This is a must try. I used fleece fabric so I didn't have to hem or bind the armholes. Wore it to church today, I got so many compliments.

donpoll don Fleece does not fray at the edges so you don't have to bind the edges if you don't want to.
