How we ship our paint to you!

I’ll be honest, I said the same when I first took over the business and was working on a website…I was sure I would only be shipping wallpaper and tools. Fast forward 7 years and my third iteration of packaging design and we ship thousands of parcels a week!
We’re really proud of our packaging, we don’t see any other companies taking it to the level we do. It costs us quite significantly but it’s worth it for you guys to receive your paint safely and securely.
As I’ve quickly covered in the video, tins are clipped (if they’re metal), taped with cross hatch and bagged (in fully recyclable, recycled bags!) before going into custom made boxes to 1L, 2.5L, 5L or 10L sized boxes. To help secure your paint we also have a top and bottom mould (made from recycled materials and fully recyclable!) which helps to keep your paint suspended in the centre of the box to protect it from any top/bottom or side impacts.
So if you were on the fence about trying to buy paint online hopefully this shows you that we take it seriously and you’re in safe hands 🙌🏻 ☺️
