I’m born with the same disease as him, its called lymf hemangiom. It feels really weird to see this as his displacement in his face is almost identical to mine but only bigger. Its the first time I see anyone like me in 34years

American Doctors are good but the damage to the wallet it worse.

Russia seems very backwards with regards to healthcare standards. In the big bad west it would have been treated correctly as soon as it was noticed, for free.

I'm in the US and unless he had insurance he would not get good care. Also, he said he cancelled many surgeries they offered him. This type of disease has to be kept under check frequently. Those vessels get very large year by year making surgery more dangerous,

My understanding is this is near impossible to treat well because you’d become paralyzed in the part of the face that’s operated on and you could lose the blood supply to your head.

This young man seems both smart and realistic. I think he could use some help mentally and emotionally coping with the severe traumas he experienced in his past hospital stays. It sounds like maybe he was not in good hands. You can hear that he understands that and with help can move forward. Thanks for sharing his story - wish you the best.

The one thing that can help him is the one thing that traumatized him. He has PTSD. It's hard to get through it. I feel so bad for him. I hope everything works out for the best for him!!!
I've had 14 operations, I understand how he feels. Its an awful feeling to be in the hospital, in pain, no way to move, on medication. All you want is to be home, in your own bed.
Mines called Brooke speigler syndrome causes tumours to grow inside and outside the body , NHS too busy to worry about me so I'm in pain all the time I feel for you and I'm so sorry

There are great hospitals out of Russia, in other countries in Europe that can help him. He should consult out of his country soner than later and try to get money through donations to help pay for the surgery.
