Same here. I never knew then about being able to fire diagonally down (which is useful). Only now did I finally get this one finished. You have to sneak up on the enemies sometimes. Stage 3 is a little tricky with the enemies that hip-fire, making it impossible to duck under their shots.

Stage one is very easy after a few tries, stage two is quite a challenge but easy enough once you've done it but stage three is a lot more difficult. I've managed to get to the end of stage 3 finding the bomb but I missed one hostage so now I'm resetting. Thanks for the upload.

I had so much trouble in Stage 2 and 3 as child. Always lost orientation and missed one or two girls. I never got to the end and in your video everything looks soooo easy. Just duck and shoot.
Furniss was quite prolific on the Genesis. He did a lot of licensesd Genesis soundtracks: Alien 3, Predator 2, The Terminator, T2 the Arcade Game, 007, Hook. He did stuff on other platform, but he was one of my favorites on the Genesis.

It really is. If I had one gripe, it's sometimes hard to tell what you can stand or walk on. But that's it. Genuinely difficult with just the right challenge.

Level 3 is the furthest I ever got. Never have I loved and hated a game so much.
Could never finish 4th level. This man did it in 25 minutes😂i remember spending countless hours to this game.

I used to work in a secret volcano lair much like the one in this game.
I just started playing this game on a PSX and I'm currently on stage three. Stage one is very easy after a few tries, stage two is quite a challenge but easy enough once you've done it but stage three is a lot more difficult. Tips: Dont pick a bomb at 23:14 before kill a boss at 23:24. Kill the boss first and then pick a bomb instead. This trick will make you win easier

Loren Helgeson Furniss even chipped in with the MK1 and MK2 music on the Genesis. He probably could’ve chipped in music for MK3 and UMK3 as well.
