Spot on with the oak. 8 has been my fav bottle last year, just scooped a 9 in MoCo. 9 notes on bottle - aromas of peach, graham crackers and dark chocolate. Flavors - orange zest, pecan pie, peppery honey, and cinnamon toast.

If you have a chance, try the Amontillado Finish Sagamore. It's some of the best finished rye whiskey released this year. For $79 too.
