  • From easiest to hardest, swing from your hip as your head to heel act as a pendulum around the hip as the pivot axis:
    - Hold with tension for 60 seconds
    - Swing through the pendulum to rep it out
    - Band or cable pull for added load and core engagement at the top
    Remember to squeeze the cheeks and stand tall at the top of every rep
