      To raise your credit score ..obtain a cash secured loan or credit card from a credit union or bank. Make on time payments for at least 90 days watch your credit score go up and the financial institutions start offering you more credit..especially 0% credit cards. This helps to get you started.

    You can do the same thing in 8 months with out taking out a line of credit by just by putting the cash flow amount to the credit cards, highest intrest rate first and work your way down every month. For 8 to 9 months. You're not saving that much, and you didn't have to take out another lone!! I have done it several times!

      plus these numbers dont add up. she only including part of the expenses for rent and utilities. but her had 2715 of expenses... not accounting for like 300-400 of expenses and plus that last month he still has to pay rent and utilities, so it will take another month to wipe out. aside from the lower interest rate, this is deceptive. even with a 680 credit score if his income isnt high enough he might get rejected.

    Would help if you 1. Clarify where a Loc comes from ex a heloc, cc, personal loan. 2. Mortgage holders and other bills cant be paid each month with a cc, if that is used as a line of credit. So, how would those bills get paid? 3. Does Loc allow for withdrawls each month to pay for these expenses. If using a cc as a Loc, then cash advance fees apply. Lastly, one would need to know exactly when the interest charges are added back to the loan so that a large payment could be made beforehand. That could be tricky. Overall, need way more specific info on types of Loc's and how they are used and obtained without this info, I find the videos very perplexing

      @khoop16 9 місяців тому +3

      1. A personal loan is not a LOC. 2. Any video that uses a cc as loc, she puts the info in that specific video. 3. LOC refers to either HELOC or PLOC- used the same, but have different requirements and can be used for any/all bills mortgages, rents, etc. 4. LOC allow for withdraws by transfer/checks/card based on the terms of your line. 5. It’s a daily average balance, if you keep your income in it as long as possible and pay bills as they are due, that will be the determining factor of how much interest you pay, not so much when you deposit your check. Hope to this helps.

    So, what happens if you combine the various tools to help minimize interest?
    Most credit cards don’t charge interest if paid in full by the due date. This could allow you to keep your average daily balance on the LOC lower by using your CC to pay for expenses throughout the month, then make one big payment to pay it off in full at the end of the month with your LOC.
    But, maybe I’m missing something………

    • @robbiew4534
      @robbiew4534 Рік тому +1

      That sounds plausible. One could try to reschedule payment dates near the end of the statement month or combine many of them like that. Probably couldn't pay rent through a credit card but other daily expenses could be lumped up like that to reduce the daily average interest a bit. Interesting idea.

    If your income to debt ratio is tight and you can't get a LOC and your paid weekly not a lump sum/ bi-monthly it is not so easy. The MTG of $1,000 p/mo plus credit card pymt of $723 plus car pymt of $250 cannot be paid by other credit cards - you'll have to keep that money in your checking acct. Plus the expenses cannot be more than your paying to the card on a monthly basis.. Or am I confused??

    I've been watching your videos over and over trying to wrap my head around what you are saying. What I hear is put all your income into the line of credit but you can't pay your house payment, HELOC, or loans with that. How are you making the mortgage payment? I have an Aven card I'm not sure if that is a HELOC or just a credit card my limit is 30,000 but I only have 1288 available on it right now so I can't use that in the way you are talking about. I have several credit cards nearly maxed out. My husband passed away 2 years ago and I made some bad financial choices which I regret now and I'm afraid I won't be able to get out of debt. Bc well, let’s face it, if it doesn’t work and I take the first step of all income towards debt balance and it doesn’t work I’m screwed lol. What happens on that “last” payment of income in and debt is finally gone?…..where’s your income to pay your bills then after that? If you just paid in your income for that last payment aren’t you left in a vicious cycle of using your line of credit continuously thus being trapped?

    Also is it okay to put things that are no interest like a light and water bill into a line of credit when using this method?
    Lastly why do you never suggest getting a 0% interest credit card to do a balance transfer? I know there is a fee but it’s small and usually no interest for 12-21 months.

    Do you have strategy on this situation = 3 CC one with 28k, 21k, (37k charge card AMEX) and now have 30k cash to pay off - would you split the cash evenly or tackle the highest one $37k?
    Thank you.

      Dave Ramsey would say pay minimum on all but knock out smallest Psychologically sound although others say pay highest interest first. Those are the two ways. I don’t know her philosophy.

    Great video Love it!..... Quick question I have, if majority of your bills are on automatic withdrawal should you cancel that because it defeats the purpose of putting all your income into a line of credit if I have to turn around and take it back out to put it in the bank account for the withdrawal? Thank you for all your help.

      @albertcordeiro6796 Everytime you get paid...transfer into LOC. Doesn't matter when you're paid.

    Well I wish I would have seen this video before I used my LOC. I just paid off my credit card debit with my LOC and now I’m trying to pay down my line of credit. What would you suggest if this happens and is it possible to still do velocity banking.
