Unlisted. I love everything on this, but that song somehow still gives me chills/goosebumps every time I hear it. There’s a feeling to this band that just hits me like nothing else. RIP Froberg.
God damnit. RIP Rick.
This album stands the test of time. So f-ing good. I love Jericho Sirens too but his is the album that made me a fan for life.
Jericho is great but a popcorn fart compared to this masterpiece
And people say there's no good music these days. You just gotta know where to look!
I wouldn’t consider this album as part of “these days” seeing as how this came out in 2002. But they did just release a new album last week, so that falls into the “these days” category. First new album in 14 YEARS! So fucking thankful XP
I think he's talking about the geezers who think rock died when zeppelin broke up.
Not as good as Suicide Invoice.
jahnsahn76 Audit in Progress is their best album anyway.
Jerhico Sirens, maybe 2 years old, is better than Audit imo. Suicide Invoice the most consistent...really no weak spots, Who Died, LAX are as strong as Auto Midnight, which has some classics...they are so good live, Thunder Down Under (i think an aussie radio broadcast) is not to be overlooked. Thought they were finished after Audit, especially with the Obits...Jerhico Sirens "dont call it a comeback" stands up with anything theyve done...didnt dig Audit. love everything else. This is a current band. If there wasnt a stupid pandemic, theyd be touring their most recent album.
Easily one of the best rock albums and rock bands of all time

Best Hot Snakes Album. Period!
Can't decide between this and Automatic Midnight
To be fair I think all 4 albums are proper spot on. Auto midnight and this are my probably my faves but all 4 are pure class
Which is rare isnt it??
@@newquayboardmaster4876 sure seems like it ik.
Of this there is no doubt.
Classic album!!
wow, this album might rival both Jericho Sirens AND Audit in progress. Something I never thought was possible
RIP
The ultimate rock album

The "Rotary" phoned,"they are so proud of you!"-aka Volunteers
We had a rotary phone in our home until 1996, when the phones went fiber optic/digital, and the phone co [ameritech] literally came to our house and gave us a free touch tone phone lol....
First song's giving me a Drive Like Jehu vibe.
Oh shit it's the same guy. That makes a lot of sense now.
*same guy(s)
😆🤙
jehu vs. the wipers with a twist of tanner?
Andy Dwyer?
?
hot snakes and bubble gut
the first songs sound like left 4 dead 2
Any other good bands on subpop these days? Went a bit soft after grunge died...love this band
The Shins 1st album was on sub pop. It's a bit mellow but is class to be fair
Band of Horses. More mellow vibe as well but they have a nice sound with harmonies ala beach boys
@@youbetcha7454 cheers, have got one of their albums. Very mellow but good...
This isn't on subpop but Bass drum of death is one of my faves
also, drive like jehu is spot on
Hail Swami
Whoa.. what's with the crummy tape quality? i can see the reel through that trash!
It's sort of like Mudhoney, but it doesn't hurt to listen to. And don't get me wrong, I flipping love Mudhoney.
John Reis has said that he thinks Mark Arm is one of the greatest front men ever.
@@pileofburningchairsHe is!!
I like album.

Osama Bin Wheelie this is totally unrelated to this comment or your reply, but dude, I see you everywhere. You must have a great taste in music my dude!
I hate the kids lol...
Spoignant Joe Thanks for the kind words! Although I fear it might speak more about how I post too many comments online lol
Wher the fuk is the song/time list?? Ffs
Steve Carrel is a lead singer in a band?... huh.. who knew?
um...what?
don't get it.....at all. ehh, who cares. band rules on record and especially live...if we ever get to see live music again under the current totalitarian regime.
Let's be sure not to put in the 2% extra effort to mark the tracks
Is free music not free enough for you?
