There are ways to bodybuilding with calisthenics also without weighted calisthenics. The truth is. You don't need weights. You don't need anything. Just techniques and knowledge. Think about it this way. Long before gyms existed there were huge warriors who basically had just there body to train. But also the truth. If everybody knew these ancient methods, how would they sell us weights, machines, gym memberships or other crap! Think about it... (Just spreading the word. Don't take it personal bro. Great topic!)
Weighted was just what I saw the most muscle growth in so that is what I talked about. Thank you bro for bringing that point up though. I never thought about it like that.
this is so true i've noticed it after i trained 6 months of calisthenics i felt lile i built 0 muscle so i switch over to weight training and i can actully see the differences in 3 months Thanks for sharing good video
I've been training both weighted and statics at the same time and based on my experience, I'd say it's still effective and you can still build muscle and strength for the skills. Though it would depend on how you will program your exercise and it will take more time to learn the static skills.
@@wrkt. Well actually not that much, I have been focusing on handstand push ups for the past couple of months and now I can do a couple of reps. However, for the front lever and planche, I'm still stuck in the tucked position as I'm not really training them for the meantime. But yeah, will train for those once I've managed to do at least five handstand push-ups hehe
You can get big of of calisthenics but at a certain point the amount of reps required to obtain hypertrophy are to great so doing another exercise would be more optimal
Thanks for sharing your experience with calisthenics .
You're welcome bro! Thanks for watching!

Wow thank you for mentioning that, you are absolutely right bro!

Because those strong warriors are actually lifting heavy fcking ass things.
You need weights, you need heavy ass shit, and you need to eat big to actually get big.

Everyone has different experiences so I appreciate you sharing that with me! Did you see a lot of growth through statics?
