Who am I?: My name is Hassan and I am a 3rd Year Medical student at the Medical University of Americas, Nevis, West Indies. I got an interview today for AUA, I was told by the interviewer that AUC is having issues with CAAM-HP accreditation. can anyone confirm?

To my knowledge, AUC does not use CAAM-HP as an accrediting body. They use the Accreditation Commission on Colleges of Medicine (ACCM), which is very comparable to the Liaison Committee on Medical Education (LCME), which is the accrediting body for medical schools in the United States and Canada. The U.S. Dept of Education says that the 2 accrediting bodies are comparable and AUC has been granted re-accreditation through 2027. Hope that helps!
