Just get a mini lathe like I did and you can make as many decaping pins as you want. I make them out of stainless steel. You can even make more parts a lot more parts for reloading.
Since you may have mixed large and small holed brass I think I'd use the smaller pin generally and use the larger pin only when you know your brass all has the larger hole.
I recently picked some 9MM range brass marked IK 23. It appears to be Berdan primed, but I'm not sure. You can check the head stamp or just be ready to back off as you reload. I keep a scrap bucket for bad brass.
I have a bunch of 223 brass with that stamp on it. Igman ammo uses it and half of the cases had a small flash hole. Bent my lee .223 decapping pin and learned the hard way not to try to push through.
In before Lee comments... the ER 16 collet we use is much more reliable and the nut Lee uses. The FW simple decapper for the price, is a much better value than the Lee unit.

Small flash holes for real -- maybe half of the 357 SIG brass I've encountered have the small flash hole. Thanks for the review.
